So many projects and the heat during summer time

The work environment is really good . Not discrimination and people are friendly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My job is mostly collecting data and creating software for quality detection

Overworked, underpaid, undervalued. You don't get hired on full time unless you don't know what you are doing. They ask for CSIs to improve the workplace and conpany growth but don't utilize them. They ignore requests of employees. Management/team leads treatyou like objects.

Magna corporate has good values. Polycon does not follow guidelines set by corporate. They talk the talk but do not walk the walk. A lot of nepotism. Upper management is unaware of what goes on under them. 

The company is quiet good but some of the line leaders and team leaders are kinda rude as they expect you to do things without clear communication and guidance for the things you are doing for the first time.

Polycon is an enjoyable place to work. I enjoyed my team leaders, my fellow workers and the management team, they all are knowledgeable and treat everyone well.

The employee are very nice, Management seemed too change frequently, which made it hard too know expectations on a day to day basis.
Overall my time there was good.
