But they have the wrong equipment for the job.

There's simply not enough forklifts and batteries to go around, and that makes working there hazardous. When the boss tasks you to remove things from the racking using a counterbalance or dockstocker, that's a problem, because that's not what their problem asks are...especially when considering how narrow the aisles are, and the overhang some of the product have.

I enjoyed my time there but it wasn't meant to last.

People around you new hired supervisors,trying to impress top mngmt

Putaway skids,feeding the production area,picking orders,loading unloading trailers

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monday to friday all the yaers not day is typical li ko e

They make you work 3 machines and there is favoritism.I have to do the job of 4 other people.Its very stressful environment work in. They say there is water station around plant so you can take a drink.You do not have any time to get to any of them when working any machine.
People are in hostile most of the time.
If you want to be a slave then apply.They have no choice to use temp agency.no one stays on how they treat workers.
Only line leaders stay because they have no machine and do little to no work.

Terrible place to work as a weekend packer. Favouritism is very obvious. If you are not their people (race), they will let you work hard. They will let you work 2 to 3 machines + give breaks to other packers because the line leaders don't want to do their job + supervisor will randomly send you to work to other machines you don't even know while working on your machines + work like an errand worker. A lot of good workers quit because they don't like to be treated like slaves.

The most toxic and political environment I have ever experienced.  Entrepreneurial company where owner trusts no one and doesn’t let anyone make any decisions - even the management positions.  One day a star , the next a bum.  Staff learn to mirror a “ throw colleagues Under the bus mentality”.  People are pitted against one another - brutal!!!  Don’t leave a job you like to go there, you will regret it.

Detailing with people in authority

Top heavy, more management than workers

Is very busy, stressful and the constant push for production over safety

Pay is decent, bonus for lower level employees is quite dismal. Bonuses are tied to EXTRA projects worked on throughout the year, not on how well you do your everyday job. Management is fair, overtime does happen, but managers are flexible about when you do it. Not much career advancement, rarely any sort of promotions happen, if they do it's usually for the same group of people. Overall okay place to work.

worst place to work. management is so scared to lost their jobs. they don't stand up for employees. they don't care at all about employees and their personal lives. vacations are continuously declined and then forced to take when they tell you to take it. or its paid out because 1 person has the day off. they run machines without proper coverage and then complain about down time.

Director of operations is a snake!
Poor ethics - only focus on number and not caring about safety or quality
poor morale - everyone is working in fear of loosing job
Poor environment - Managers and Director of operations yell at employees and puts then down.
