What is the best part of working at the company?
27 tears in construction and potzus is under control. Excellent management, on time pay, lots of work, lots of machinary to learn to use. 
Saftey is number 1.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Getting up at 4am to leave my home in Melville at 6am to drive 40 minutes to work, leaving my family at home and having no time for them.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every one was great to work with. 
I was the new "old" guy,  and I'd like to give it another try in spring.


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Started my day greecing machinery and having saftey orientation,  ground distrubance and geo, earth removal and driving a packer. Basically dug a huge whole in the earth, put in a base, sand and earth

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great place and great co workers . 
Pay could have been a bit better but over all great place and plus be great for new operators

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I found nothing stressful about working hete

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good atmosphere happy to work for them 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
14.5 hr days long hours but that’s how u make money

I I enjoy working for the company good crew nice company overall I would enjoy working for them again familiar family type of people with good work ethics also they are committed to making new people feel comfortable there are easy and hard days as well as good and bad  but the crew leaders/ foreman would usual do therye best to support everyone or be helpful at the hard or rougher days

This is a great place to work if you’re dedicated to your job. Put in your time and go home to enjoy your days off. Pretty simple. Hectic at times with some confusion but that goes with any paving outfit. Work as a team and solve issues. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Was a really great place to learn how to work hard. Has given me many skills I will need including ability to follow direction, to better my common sense skills and just general heavy equipment operating.

Have had several bosses and foreman over the course of 5 years of working there from working with different crews and different job positions. Everyone is great to work with and a great working environment

Great work was a 10 days on 4 off schedule 12 hour shifts. Great money with company trucks to and from work. They pay all hotels and such when on the road.

Typical road construction company fast paced seasonal work, good place to work over the summer if you’re into having winters off, also optional winter work at crusher to stay busy

If your wanting to learn how drive heavy equipment and build a highway would reccomend, also lots of work for summer so money to be made and progress in the asphalt industry
