What is the best part of working at the company?
The coworkers were fun and energetic 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I got fired because I worked too slow. The reason I worked slower than usual was because I had cut myself at the start of the shift. When I asked my manager for help with things he brushed it off. At the end of my shift he told me I worked too slow and “this is not gonna work out” and I couldn’t even explain myself. Do not recommend this at all. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is horrible. Management style is old fashioned

You will be required to stand on your feet through out. The people there are treated like machines. No tips will be given to you for weeks in the name of training. The pay is too less for the amount of work you have to put in. Be prepared to have no personal life. Will scream at you if you are standing even for a second. 

In the Poulet Rouge company, I have learned skills such as the importance of communication within your colleagues and dedication with hard work towards every task that is needed to be completed. Within my experience Poulet Rouge, I ran into a scheduling conflict that got me off of work for two weeks now due to over staffing and management issues.

It would have been a good work environnement if the managers weren't so terrible. Contradicting themselves on everything, taking part in favoritism with certain employees, hostile and stressful for no reason. Met some nice people there, but it wasnt enough for me to put up with the utter disrespect from them. 

A typical day is so stressful 
I learned to be fast
I believe its just a trend 
Staying on you feet all day specially when you do the grill 
Colleagues and friends 

Poulet Rouge has a people-first and supportive work culture. The management truly cares about employees. The company is growing fast and so there are opportunities for growth and advancement.

everyone is super chill and helpful especially the managers. it’s heavy on team work because of the rushes. you have to know a bit of everything just to be ready whenever needed

I love working at Poulet Rouge, the team and owner are really nice. Really nice customers. New management was passive aggressive and petty. Feel like stepping on eggshells.
