I really enjoyed the people that I worked with.  Every morning all the guys would sit around a table and talk about what needs to be done for the day. 
 I would  call at least 10 of my clients to see if they're in need of anything or if there's anything new that they were looking for or that I could research for them. 
 My manager although he was a really nice guy and a good friend wasn't a very good manager. 
 The mood was kept light in the office so that the work they would pass by so much faster.  But the most enjoyment I had working at Powrmatic was seeing my clients, getting my hands on new gear or equipment, and going out in the field fixing the equipment, also training my clients on how to fix, install, and maintain

Looking for a good environment to work in.
I am easy to get a long and easy to work with.
My day would start working from the office. ( Making calls and setting up appointments for the coming week.)
The management was not very professional. Would lie to customers, or would just pass to someone else.
Co-works would only do what they felt was important to them. If you required help, they would tell you to look the infi up your self. There was not team effort.
The hardest part of the job was dealing with the manager.
Most enjoyable part of the job was when five o'clock came around, and it was time to go home......

the job was a customer service and inventory receiving job. managing the amount of inventory was the largest challenge. as a distribution of good arriving in our location we were responsible to distribute the goods to six other locations in eastern Canada in a timely and efficient manner under the guide lines of the company.organizing the warehouse to fit the product to provide a workable, clean and safe environment in accordance to workplace safety. the job in the most past was steady work with lots of project to accomplish

Work environment here is very unsettled, which is evidenced by the amount of turnover. Very disorganized, and finding someone to blame is always priority #1 over fixing any issue. Not a bad stepping stone company but definitely not somewhere to spend a long tenure as frustrations will quickly mount and affect overall life.
Management group is very lazy and delegates all of their duties to other employees; piling onto the workload.
Not a good place to work

Good place to work.
Team in Concord is the best to work with and very knowledgeable.

Pay is good
Benefits have gotten better

Now their owned by the same company that opens Desco(top 50 best managed companies).
So that should tell you something about how upper management operates.

Management is the worst. No consideration for employees. They harass me when I was leaving. 
They are only looking for their bonuses at the end of the year while employees get 100$gift card from Canadian tire and a chocolate basket. 

Anyways if you can find better please pass

Hvac and Fireplace wholesaler which works with various contractors. Slow paced environment, if not making required sales consider your job on the line

staff know the business very well easy place to work  very customer driven.  everyone is very helpful and work together as a team.   company gives regular training which makes the job easier.
