They say the pay is 14.50 an hour really if you’re late or their system usually messes up you’re down to 12.50 overall  . I can not make this up, no one on their staff ever knows what’s going on. I would say it’s a typical call center experience but truly it’s a joke. Management sucks, and they are not very organized. Last year they let go of 60 agents in December  before Christmas and tried to cover it up. No sort of warning at all. If you need a part time or just temporary that’s your place. But not even my worst enemy would I wish to wok there.for your own good avoid thos company, do not put yourself through this agony. The managers they hire work a minimum of 1 month before they leave and also they always mess up your pay checks.

IT was a pleasure to prepare agents to work from home through on-site and virtual training sessions.
There were technical issues but the supportive atmosphere of the administrative team facilitated efficient and elegant solutions.
If you are looking to work here on management or agent team, I give my highest recommendation to go for it!

   I could not see enough team work, the supervisors never answer when you need them, the way they were treating us was not satisfying at all
As sometimes i could see some acts of unfairness  

This is really great opportunity working in pragma. Colleagues and supervisor, team leader everyone help to achieve goals. In the end I highly recommend this company for working

Not the type of job you might want in the long run. They expect a lot of work from you but don’t give you any benefits apart from your usual pay. They suck you in with their bonuses but they are a far reach from being able to achieve

A company that genuinely cares about the individual employee and provides exemplary service to its clients. Strong senior leadership and fantastic colleagues.

It was a good experience because, i was working at home but the salary is not good for the work that you do even with 40 hours a day is not much. And also sometime they missed some money on your pay.

The management is good and friendly the set up is comfortable you will not feel that you could opt another job i would be happy to join them again in future
