Constantly playing a waiting game, trying to figure out what my role really was with the company.  Seemed approachable at first, but quickly got tired answering questions and had no time.  Did not have the proper tools or full access as I had held in previous positions in order to get the job done, which leads a person to believe you’re services will not be retained after 3 months.  In hindsight I should have stayed at my old job!

Some of the worst upper management I have seen at a large company.
Upper management enjoys filling their days with unproductive meetings, being almost completely out of touch with the day-to-day operations of the facility, then focusing in on minutia and micromanaging overengineered corrections to those small problems, all while missing the forest for the trees.

Honestly the worst part of the job was the shear incompetence of management, they held almost daily meetings yet they never properly communicated anything and then expect you to know what's happening, they will also fire you if you get hurt, there's really no room for advancement in a worthwhile feild.

Safety meeting per work area every morning, discuss within the company and or any relattion to work. Supervisors and management are willing to help with project jobs. Employees are willing to discuss and or help when needed. Lots to be learned and opportunity to move higher into the company.
