Management does not seem very considerate of their drivers. Have heard from other employees that they feel like management try to keep them "under their thumb", and that management is doing you a favor to let you work for them. Good work is rarely rewarded. I always got the feeling that I was thought of just a dumb trucker, or some ignorant kid fresh out of grade school.

Good place to work if you’re just out of pre employment and that’s about it. You’re making the same thing over and over again, no room to grow, not the best pay, poor management from the top down. Good thing though you get two weeks off for Xmas and New Years. 

Overall a very good place to work at. Being that it is a privately owned company  you are treated like a person and not an employee number.  Most of the positions pay fair industry standard wages  and there is room for advancement in certain areas of the business.

I got very good experience working with metals and fabrication process. the journeyperson I worked with were very knowledgeable and provided me with great knowledge and understanding of metal works
