I have had the misfortune to accept employment within this company.  This company complies to the bare minimal of issuing you a  paycheck, and that is it!    All your rights and dignity is stripped the moment you punch the clock into work.   This company is owned and run by non educated individuals. The owner sticks his head in the sand and lets  the rest of his immediate family run the show. Other so-called  management are puppets on string and have no say in anything.  They do what they are told to do.   This company offers no advancement and frowns upon employee growth.   You are kept as a contemporary slave!   The internal marketing department is working hard to capture and  post positive things to try to turn things around for the public to see.  Staff is forced to partake in these events so the marketing  team can take photos and post them.    However the truth lies with the group of  staff who are still stuck in employment there by need of that paycheck.

Day started with repairing eletro-mechanical parts such as printers,coin selectors,credit card readers,electronic locks, main boards so as to complete the task as much as. Well organised  company as far employee is concerned. Owner management was Nice with me because i was fulfilling their daily needs, with maintaining the data entry. I learned how to cop with production and be at punctuality in whole years.I myself was supervisor of electronic dept. for 13 years and worked directly under owner management.I enjoyed 13 years with owner management.Hardest part of the job was to keep myself sober while fast paced repairing work.Repairing the parts was a challenging job where which i enjoyed a lot because i was independently dealing with all incoming and out going parts

People are good, and management does what it can. Company offers 24/7 coverage to clients, which translates to difficult scheduling for employees, that may also require no stat holidays if your work falls on it. Co-workers are patient and kind as one would have to be when dealing with irate customers at times. Supervisors are fair and understanding though due to pressures from up above they can only do so much. All in all not a bad company. You get what you give. Though  i would say that the impression i got from such a work place is that people are just passing though. People come and go somewhat frequently, and not a lot of places to move up. Pay leaves something to be desired.

Management was fine for the most part but had very little control.  Every aspect of the work day was micromanaged by the owners.  They were also extremely rude for no given reason at random times.  To them, anyone who worked there was highly replaceable.  The managers were on the same boat as the employees - not treated with an ounce of respect from the owners whatsoever.

From day 1, there was no training provided.  Not with the tools they used, which didn't even work 80% of the time.  I was provided a notebook, and to start taking calls, without any sort of guidelines or instructions.

The most enjoyable part of the job was leaving work to avoid any interaction with an owner, who will randomly accost you and say disrespectful thing for absolutely no reason or provocation.

I worked here for over a year as a receptionist then as office administrator. I really enjoyed my job and the people I worked with day to day. When COVID-19 hit, I unfortunately had to be temporarily laid off. I then had to move so I had to leave my position permanently and I still miss it! Management was awesome, they were very understanding my whole time there. When I needed time off, it was approved. I've had other jobs that would deny any requested time off. The pay was decent and you get benefits. I met some really fantastic people and learned so much. The only conflict I encountered was with patrons on the phone. That was the hardest part of the job and really it wasn't that hard. 

Like your parents  would say, if you work hard good things will come to you. This company is fast paced and requires people who are nimble  with a good head on their shoulders  to make a difference.Come with a plan and solutions and see how effectively  you can differentiate yourself in a  short time. Great colleagues who once you earn their trust , will go to bat for you. 

This is the worse company I've  worked for, they constantly harass their employees am not sure how i lasted 3 months there. Everyday you have to a bring a minimum of 40 tickets a day, i never take my break and i have to work throughout the 8 hours just to meet the requirements. I would never work for this company again neither would i recommend others to this company. If you noticed that there job ad is up all the time, that is because they are constantly firing people who have done nothing but their best to meet their standard.

Precise Parklink fired me and the weekend night shift worker in order to make way for automated machines.

they gave me less than a week's notice to find another job with zero severance.  I was about to sue but ultimately was not worth it.   I will never ever recommend this business as a decent employer.  The CEO or one of the higher ups who would always come in to the office was downright nasty and insulting to his workers.  Absolutely awful and extremely exorbitant prices simply to park.

I would rate zero if I could.

The hours are set and work well with work-life balance

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Poor Management on Sites and Poor professional structure with head office

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Unprofessional and unstructured. Poor Training. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Consists of constantly putting out fires that should be prevented between the client and head office

A very typical days Monday to Friday same things to do like a machine in a boring atmosphere.
Learned how to deal with customers with patience.
Management is very very rude and deals you like their servants
co workers were very very nice and co operative.
Hardest part when people wants to talk to the managers but you are not suppose to give their names or cant transfer the call to them
nothing was there to enjoy it was only work even you cant talk to your co workers even when there is nothing to do.
