PCS is a very professional, relaxed and fun place to work at.  There is a great balance of hard work and fun in the office.  Our Management truly care about the staffs self development and staff moral in the office.  

I have worked at many different companies and industries but PCS is the best placed I have worked at.  Even though it is the smallest, it is by far the most generous company I know.  PCS will not hold you back when it comes to developing your skills and knowledge.  PCS encourage the staff to better them selves by paying for any training that will help the staff and company.  I personally feel that the Director of Operation and the President genuinely care for the staff and the company.  

With the current state of economy in Canada, I am very thankful that I have a job and even more thankful that I get to work for PCS.

One main thing I have learned at PCS is, Happiness is much more important than higher wage.  I feel that I am appreciated for all my contribution to the company.  

The hardest part of my job is having to deal with an odd co-worker (Manageable, and every company have at least one)

Been working at the company for 10 years,  management is always honest and upfront and there when you need them.Director of Operations is always available and accessible 24 hours a day.  President has an open door policy and always welcomes you to sit down and chat.

Once of the most organized and process driven organization that I have every worked for.    The President of the Company presents at safety meetings on a regular schedule.   

The organization and processes are nailed and reviewed by the members of the company on a regular basis, workflows, procedures,  all documented and readily available.   You always know where you stand.   This is a organization where they set the example.   

Work is constant to busy,  but the processes and organization help keep the day on a even keel.

Absolutely horrible company to work for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management is beyond disorganized and is a toxic environment.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic, hostile, mismanaged and unorganized.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Showing up to the office, management may or may not be there. Materials are typically never available. Plans are never available.  Frustrating.

I enjoy working for PCS, a dynamic and exiting Engineering Procurement and Construction company. I always like to say that a company is just a group of people but in PCS we have a team that works together to meet the client's expectations.

A challenging environment that gives you many opportunities to think out of the box while you have to follow client and company standards.

Fast pace, challenging, opportunity to learn and interact with business units, great atmosphere with complex colleagues, fun if you enjoy challenge, tight deadlines to meet. Mostly regular hours, some chance for over-time with approval. Great opportunity to evolve skill set. Challenging senior management at times, growing company that has survived ups and downs of the oil industry. Some growing pains to be expected. Challenges with team building but improving.

The best part of my job is when  I am able  to complete a task, the hardest part of the job or one of the most frustrating aspects is the lack of processes it seems every situation in being developed/defined as it present them self
management present themselves as superior lack of interaction with employees they manage  from "top down"  with minimal  interaction with staff   
little lack of accountability

I still appreciate I still have work.  Our Economy is not good right now.  I love what I am doing and hope someday, we employees will be paid fairly. Its been a long time I work here but no increase for 6 years and our benefits just increase every year. Provision of basic office needs we employees are the one buying.

We have a great team here at PCS, I have learned allot in regards to team work and working with our engineering team. Management is good. the hardest part of the job is to be able to manage everything at the same time. The best part of the job is working with great people that bring a smile to your face daily.

PCS is a great place to work. The work is challenging and fulfilling. We work in a very fast paced environment but not to the point that you are over stressed. The employees are a real good group of people. Our company is diverse and we have many different nationalities working here.

PCS Inc. is like is a good company to work for, there is potential to advance within the company. There is a daily variety of work and situations that you will need to respond to. Senior management is there to provide direction and interface with the customers.
