Small to med. size comp. Everyone meshes well together. Direction provided is pretty clear, we all work together towards common goals and everyone has a decent idea of what direction the company is taking which is nice. Culture is nice and we aren't treated like numbers. Sometimes we get lunches bought, also nice to have. Vac time compared to other comps. is good. Pay could always be better but peace of mind also adds value.

It was great! It was peaceful and great management team envolved.

I didn't have any stressfull situation.

Very Friendly and a very stress free environment.

very peaceful and busy at the same time!

My experience here has been great, amazing in fact! The management team is collaborative and open.  It is a respectful and inclusive environment. I've had the opportunity to learn and grow within my role in the company. I would recommend Prefera Finance all day long. 

High turnover, unbothered leadership, and managers who clearly need training on basic labour law. Firings are frequent and handled poorly. Forced overtime is the norm - you have no real choice but to accept it. Office politics run deep at every level. Don’t expect to feel valued or protected here.

Hybrid role that cares about work/life balance. Great support and open door policy with higherups. Work in a team environment to archive goals. 

The company also hosts quarterly/annual events. This month we are heading to the Harbourfront and taking a canoe trip to Toronto Island for a BBQ event. 

Absolutely love the environment and culture! The management team has an open door policy which is great. Employees who work hard are recognized and there are opportunities to deepen your knowledge and grow within the company. I would highly recommend anyone to work at Prefera Finance!

They will have you working on things outside your role and refuse to compensate. Also don’t trust management they pretend to support you but realistically they don’t

It was a nice environment to work at and the atmosphere was just great at the office. The managers are collaborative.
