To date Premier is my favourite place I’ve ever worked . The management is professional and genuinely caring. I have never worked for an organization that has such a strong team atmosphere where literally everyone works together as a team , including management. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have found this job ! I am thankful every day that I work for such an incredible company .  They screen their prospective employees and I feel like they successfully choose the best of the best . Everyone there has a happy attitude. 

I was headhunted by a recruiter to apply for a  branch manager job in a city away from home.  After the interview process and long discussions with my wife we decided to go ahead and move 4 hours away for the position.  Day 90 of the probation and my "boss" tells me I'm not a fit for the store.  No support from the upper management and no sit downs or discussions on where I could improve at all.  Just walked out.  I would not recommend working for this company at all.  Absolutely disgusting company  values or lack thereof.   

The people were great to work within the department but I noticed very quickly the position just wasn't for me. I stuck it out for the 90 days with the hope that I might learn to like it.  Management knew that I wasn't happy in the position and we mutually parted ways with no hard feelings.  Sometimes the position just isn't a fit and in this instance for me it clearly wasn't.  

You’re expected to work longer than your scheduled day. Work life balance? What’s that? If you have kids, most managers don’t believe anything you say if you need a day off. If you have health concerns, you get treated differently. HR is not there so solve your problems, they’re there for your manager even if they treat people unfairly. If you’re a female, they can’t even find a benefits company to supply multiple contraceptive options. Premier equipment is a joke. 

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to sell for premier as it’s the luck of the draw to get a decent sales area. Many times the larger farmers are handled by other salespeople so you have to deal with the scraps. 90% of the bonuses are not available and they will make it sound like they are the best dealership going…..

Horrible experience working here. Make many promises of promotions and never follow through. Make you work late or take over weekend hours without warning - you are paid salary so it’s pretty much working for free. 

Interview was very thorough. On-boarding was very organized and efficient. Culture is very friendly warm and professional. Very much a team atmosphere. Lots of support and training . Great atmosphere to work . They care about their customers and employees. 

Seems like corporate employees get decent pay and decent treatment. However upper management does not seem to care or be aware that it is customer facing employees like parts reps and techs that keep return business and customers loyal. Pay and treatment reflects this oversight. 

The workplace offered excellent opportunities for professional growth. The leadership within the organization was exceptional. Their guidance, mentorship, and support played a vital role in my development and progression. 


Full of false promises and headaches. Management is the only one going anywhere with money in there pockets . Worst decision to work here.
Zero chance of ever getting a raise and they will continue to just ask more of you.
