A typical day of work included filing away hundreds of work orders, as well as sampling anywhere between 10-70 books. I had to put information onto spreadsheets for various reasons. I learned time management, patience and computer skills. My supervisor was very encouraging and fun to work with. My co-workers were nice and relatively easy to work with as well. The hardest part of my job were the hours. I work generally only during the summer which is our busy season. I work many 12-14 hour days so I lose out on a lot of family and friend events. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was who I got to work with. The people I worked close with were very enjoyable to be around and encouraged me to do better and challenged me to get more done. It is and has been a good experience.

At Premier Printing, the management and workers all have a family-first attitude. This meant that I could ask for a day off if needed, or if a doctor's appointment or other responsibility came up, I could feel comfortable taking the time off. The co-workers are people worth making friends with, and it is a tight-knit community there. The hardest part of the job is finding ways to be more efficient. They have a very well designed system for doing things, but the management encourages workers to constantly look for little improvements. The most enjoyable  part of the job is that I could be kept busy all day.

The work there didn't really use my skills to their full potential. I learned how to assist on machines, and insert tabs into books, and package jobs appropriately.

The hardest part of the job is the work seemed very mind numbing. It wasn't much of a challenge. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was working with good people, who made work fun.

Though minimum wage, jobs here are great for students and young people looking for work. Gives LOTS of hours, which is very hard to find, and management will treat you as a human being. Employees must be willing to work hard, but if you show that you want to work as hard as you can then management will be extremely open, generous, and helpful.

The work is easy but monotonous and tedious. The good part of the job is that it's consistent, with full-time hours plus overtime. Breaks are 10-30-10 minutes for both 8h and 10h days, lunch not paid for. Not much in terms of benefits. It's a decent summer job.

It was a very organized place and people had to do a certain thing for the entire shift. This made it very repetitive and tedious. The work we did was very efficient though, so it was very helpful for the company.

Summer employees are required to do shift work which can range from 7am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-3:00am and be able to work some saturdays. The shifts are rotated every week, which can be difficult to get used to.

Premier has a fun environment, but the work is not very challenging. You end up doing the same thing over and over again all day. This being said, the hours are very good, 40+ hours/week in the summer.

All there for the summer. Recommend people who can work in a fast paced environment and who can stand for 8-10 hours. Would like to be paid more since hours were long. But overall not a bad place to work.

worked 10 hour shifts 5 days a week on a machine it was hard long work especially when the machine kept breaking down but for the most part was okay
