I can tell the management tried their best, but they simply lack a basic understanding of the tasks they give their employees. The management also has a hard time communicating between themselves. The combination results in poor work quality and under budgeting. 

I started out with little to no experience in this industry. I thought some sort of training would be necessary in order to ensure my work was up to standards. The management thought different and instead threw me into a leadership position and expected me to instantly perform as well as their previous crew leaders. Prestige's main issue is that they can not keep employees long enough to train new employees. Very toxic work culture, I would not recommend.

The site maps that you are told to follow, above all else, look like they were drawn by a three year old. I could not count how many times I was told different instructions, from upper management, about where our boundaries ended.

If you work hard you will move up. Management is stretched thin, no room for creativity. No real work/life balance to speak of. Nearly impossible to get fired. Money is low, staff is mostly seasonal.

If you enjoy impossible times lines, unrealistic expectations and zero training, this company is for YOU! Also don't plan on staying with the company too long as they feel it is appropriate to lay most workers off after 2 months.

Horrible company to work for. Turnover is very high. Management would rather under pay its employees and replace them than actually pay a fair wage. Employees are treated like the dirt they shovel.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Staff is completely over worked and under paid. Managers are rude and extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I Love working outdoors. Learned to lay sod, do prep work, dealing with mulch, loam, planting trees and shrubs. working on a crew was a lot of fun

they paid good hours and overtime as well as travel time to and from sites with a good lunch break working was fun and i looked forward to going to work to make that bread

Great place to work! Lots of hours, good pay. The other employees are fun, supervisor was a blast to work for. I'd recommend this employer to anyone who wants to make coin.
