Its overall a good place.. the people are kind. There are some inconsistencies. Alot of management don't have the support they need to make the place great .. but they are in transition.. hoping for the changes that are being made can support the people enough to bring the moral to where is needs to be. The mine has the potential for something really great.. just too much fustration At different levels. 
I feel I've been treated improperly from this company. But I do see how good a place it is and the potential it has.. the. Scenery really is breathtaking.

Typically work a 12 hours plus in a multidisciplinary environment.

I learned about navigating a “Knives Out” department culture.

Management is a monoculture full of blind spots.

The hardest part of the job is Interpreting the opaque expectation of peers and supervision.

The most enjoyable part of the job is not participating in an elite toxic team dynamic and occasionally working with a few decent human beings.

Initial start up was great but slowly deteriorated with a push on production to reach 3800 TPD. Planning for 3800 TPD should have been better thought out and discussed with all involved from the corporate level down to middle management. 

Many people leaving this company now due to non transparency and lack of information

This could be turned around with some painful housekeeping and regeneration of top tier management.

I learned an incredible amount about underground mining and the process of going from exploration to production in mining.  Would take another position like this in a heart beat.  Most difficult job I have ever been on but the staff made it one of the best experiences I have ever had.

Pretivm is a great company to work with. In 2 years I was able to advance to 4 different job titles.
I had no issues with getting help from management on anything I asked for. Medical covered my prescription glasses, RRSP MATCH was also good.

The managers are usually willing to work with you to reach a good middle ground. However, a noticeable issue is how frugal the company can be with the necessary quality of life improvements such as peaked roofs over bunks to reduce long term work. The pay however is fairly good depending on the position.

love working for this company but there is rarely chance to move into higher positions , almost always short staffed (over time is a bonus for those who enjoy working overtime ) I have to fly to and from camp so its costly to keep my job /

Been a good place since I started here. Room for advancement. I started as a labourer, then moved up to fuel truck, I am now a light equipment operator. With becoming a heavy equipment operator in the near future. 

Overall the company is a good place to work.  The people have created a very good working community amongst themselves and the benefits are excellent.  My only issue is some of the management that have carried over from the construction phase of the project.

The work culture here is not overall very supportive. The management is overworked and therefore not able to be supportive. Everyone is overworked. They did not know what I did at my job.
