Great environment, good management, ability for advancement. We have a good set of guys here and everyone gets along 99% of the time. Pay is good and advances every year with a pay rise. Not overly keen on the different levels for Benefits. Vacation is decent, 3 weeks after 2 years is ahead of the norm (rising to 6 weeks), which is good. DPSP and RRSP are also good. Of course there are challenges but we work through them, NO place is perfect. I am aiming to retire from here, only 18yrs to go!! Not a company I would leave of my own will...... 

Good place to work with a lot of good people. Great product, good opportunities to learn a lot of new skills.
But upper management is from the past. Managers are barely listening to employees, letting them know of changes once the decision is done and final. A lot of posters and catch phrases saying employees are the biggest assets, but in reality you feel more like a number.

Great place to work but salary is a bit low for Toronto area 
Always great atmosphere
Fast pace shop with quick turn around 
Daily overtime available 
Tough to work only on post hoist (no in grounds or pit) 
Great when road calls or service calls to customers shops

Very simple. No job and you fired. I have seen so many people got lay off. No safety. I have asked so many times but it was ignored all the time and told me that if you complaining too much then you were going to be sent to the different garage. 
There is always not  managers fault. It is your fault. 

This place is the worst a i ever work for . 
The management  ask you to punch out in the cofee break to show  " production "and the reason is  Prevost bus no sell  . No business really .   Stress from managers
They know this .  But  they  stress the mechanics for nothing . That place was a waste of time 

it was labour for me and everyone working there. the work was harder for us because we were working long hours for such little pay and it was had on the body.

very kind and understanding, I really have nothing bad to say, started as lot stuff, its good to work with. The company is one of the world's largest makers of  buses,
