*management was wonderful and felt like family
*co-workers could be challenging, but I felt happy to work with them to come to a solution if a problem arose
*I learned how much I loved working in a small business and interacting with people as customers and co-workers

Greeting customers, checking out customers groceries, handling money and operating cash, debut, credit card and all other applicable machiens. Cleaning front end and box bins, replenshing all needed inventory for front end, pricing product, sorting returns and placing them back on the proper shelves. Assisting customers, and answering questions with accurarcy. Sweeping, and moping when needed. Assisting other departments when needed. Trained new employee's. Management was great! I loved all the staff and they were my home a way from home, family. The hardest part of the job was putting away five shopping carts of returns away on my own. I was always able to complete this task by getting a head start when it wasn't so busy in the store. The most enjoyable part of the job was greeting and making the customers happy. I worked at Price Choppers for 12 years so the regular customers were also like family to me. Also when I got the most donations on a campain that was run at the store Toonie for Tummies! It was great knowing that our commnity was giving back, and that we were both part of that, myself as well as all those great customers who made the donations!

I did enjoy Price Choppers. was good, clock in and get report on where you was working,
I did learn some new things training was two days, I was still really learning well on my 4th day. Refunds and exchanges.
Management, Managers were great to work with. Structure situations was mande very clear do not over step yoru job scope,
Great co-workers easy to work with,
Hardest part. leaving them and not really able to keep in touch.
Getting to meet and great customers and assit them in what ever they needed.
Enjoyable part of the job:Was learning management structures and settling situation the needed urgently attending to.

My day at Price Chopper usually starts from 10am to 5pm, During my time there I've learned responsibilities, carefulness, as well as precision when dealing with products. The management was excellent, my co-workers were friendly. It was hard for me Leaving the dairy section to help employees from different aspects of the store most of the times, however it help me get to know other departments. What I enjoy the most was the atmosphere from customers asking questions to products being unloaded from trucks and placing them in the back freezer for next time. Hopefully my next job I will use all the experiences that I learned from my last job.

A typical day at work would consist of date checks, temperature checks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and serving customers in a polite and efficient manner.

The location of Price Choppers wasn't in the best end of Windsor so we constantly we dealt with a multitude of different personalities. I have satisfied a majority of customer complaints to the best of my abilities. If I was unable to, I would ask my manager for assistance. 

The most enjoyable part of my job would be seeing the friendly faces of the regulars. Knowing that they return on a regular basis because of our great service.

a typical day at work begins before arriving to the workplace. I pack some food and excercise to get me warmed up .  Arriving early so i can get ready for my shift. Find out what needs to be done and use my time management skills to get everything done as soon as possible so i can start maybe on something else that needs to get done. 
  What i learned from working is how to stay neat and how to be more social and reliable. 
   The hardest part of the job is not being interested in what you do.
   The most enjoyable part for me is the whole experience!

Getting ready for the rush of calls and people entering for food sales. I've learned how to carry 50lbs. boxes and how to speak to people in a formal way. My boss was strict and let us go with the flow until he sees us not performing well, My co-workers were kind and did help me where my boss didn't. The hardest part were the lack of help at times with my boss until I moved into the customer service field. I enjoyed working in customer service helping people with the knowledge that I know.

Working at Price Chopper/FreshCo was a lot of fun. I was able to meet many new people with the various employee participation programs and was able to enjoy my job. My supervisors were amazing and very understanding. My manager, and the store owner, was also very understanding and kind. The hardest part of the job was the transition from deli/bakery to cashier. There wasn't a great deal of training provided, but I was able to learn on my own.

I did my daily routine, wen't in served, lisened, joked & showed compasion for all my cusomers. The hardest part of the job in the beginning was dealing with grumpy/rude customers, but eventually u learn to do ur job & still be in a good mood even afer they're gone. For the most part management was fine. But as for the most enjoyable part of my job was my regular customers. I looked forward to seeing them, we developed much more than a cashier customer relationship. I will miss them very much.

A typical day was opening the bakery/deli department. Prepping the bakery products. Making sure the shelves are all in order.
I've learned to be patient with people and help them when needed.
Co-workers were friendly and very helpful.  Fun to work with.
hardest part of the job was when the deli department was crowded and only 2 clerks were working.
the most enjoyable part of the job was learning to slice different types of meats and cheeses.  Helping out customers if they needed help in different departments.
