Don't waste your time on this place, they will make you breath in diesel exhaust fumes all day and tell you they aren't harmful to you, the HR lady plays childish games to try and get her way so it is especially funny to prove her wrong but only if your on your way out already, she's not qualified and will tell you a bunch of lies to make her feel like she's doing the right thing, she messed up everyone's taxes last year and we all have to pay 3000$ out of our own pockets and she informed all of us it was our own fault, so we should have been doing her job for her I guess? Since no one else is doing it. Trust me go to any other job and don't go down with this sinking ship that looses more contracts every day.

the benefits are very good, and there is signing bonus. but the way the company is run and the welding dept. supervisor is hard to work for. the company says safety is the important thing. even have an in-house system for safety. take 2 minutes before you start something. but when you ask for the weight on a truck. you are ignored. the cranes are max 1 ton and 2 ton. when i asked the engineer for the weight of a truck body. i was told to stop chatting and don't worry about. a week later i found out the truck body was 300 lbs over the safe working load limit. this place is a big joke. and there is no fume extractor for welding aluminum or galavized.

The problem was human resources, she's not doing her job and doesn't care for anyone 🙄 but herself

The supervisor had a bad attitude and every one was too scared 😱 to say anything about him treating the employees with rude conduct

Uncomfortable, they had camera's installed in every work station

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Emotional stress 😩, under alot of pressure to work comfortably

I worked here for a very short period of time, They where supportive when I needed time off.
The managers are pretty good and the pay is right where it should be for the work you do.
The culture is excellent, no drama what so ever, at least not from what I could see. 

I worked there over the summer, and it got quite hot, someone would walk around at some point and hand out freezies and Gatorade, and on the exceptionally hot days, an extra beak.

Highly recommend working for this company if you get the chance.

I left for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the company

I have worked here for 12 years however I feel I am ready for a new challenge. The company has recently had new owners take over and there are alot of learning curves for management and I feel it's time to seek employment that offers a new and different challenge.

You will Never be recognized for good work. 
Management and hr is a joke 
- you can’t book off individual days for holidays, only week blocks and they have to be decided before Jan 31st every year 
No sick or personal days

Pride Bodies is experiencing rapid growth and there are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, you just need to speak up to let them know you are interested.   Supervisors/leaders are eager to assist you in your career

I really enjoyed working this summer at Pride Bodies as a welder. although thats not what i want to do the rest of my life i did learn a lot about the GMAW welding process that i didnt learn at school.
