Working at Primavi as my first sales job was definitely interesting, it's like what you would expect The Wolf of Wall Street to look like motivation wise if it were local and door-to-door. While the co-workers were nice, and the team dynamic was a large part of the environment, the reality is that the sale itself was the easiest part of the job, which, being brand new, was difficult. 

There were lots of back-end support issues that fell directly on you as a sales rep to deal with. The stakes were high for those who couldn't make a sale, as pressure from superiors would generally have you stressed. I knew a lot of people filtered out because of this process, good or bad thats the reality. Additionally, the hours that you are expected to work are long, and continuing to have good client relations was important to ensure they wouldn't cancel the product, and as a result, have your paycheque clawed back.

The positives are very good introductory lessons feedbacks and a process to teach sales, practice, and hone those skills. I still use it to this day, being able to get support from your team and rely on them to help you with problems that may come up, especially if inexperienced. While the potential risks of not making sales may cost you, the upside is that once you master the skill, you can make a decent living as a young person doing door-to-door, but you have to have the grit to get through the rough part first. 

There is a lot of opportunity here to make good money but you have to really commit your time and energy 110%. 

The training material is top shelf and the partner is an amazing inspirational leader, not to mention, an incredible pool player!

Show up every day with a learners mentality and you will go far. But be prepared to work hard every single day. There is no half-assing it here! You will also be encouraged to participate in weekly team building events to build some comraderie. 

If you’re young, energetic, looking to learn about sales, aspire to be groomed into a leader, and comfortable with not getting a fixed paycheck then this would be a great place to test yourself and show everyone what you’re made of.

After starting at primavi in a self paced environment I have been able to discover more personal and professional potential and excel to build my career and not be stuck in any position, I haven been able to continue the climb the ladder while maintaining engaged and thrilled to go to work day to day. It is an unmatched culture of supportive people who push you to grow for yourself.

If you want growth and advancement then Primavi is the place for you. Primavi provides tools to become better at sales, leadership and management. The culture is energetic and very supportive. I would highly recommend primavi if you want to learn and improve on your skills. 

This job will bring up your shortcomings, and will give you an opportunity to fix them. An incredible opportunity to improve as a human being. Also one of the few jobs where you get to train as a leader. You learn to inspire, lead and impact people around you.

Gained a lot of skills while working here and still learning the whole office always ready to help each other, the management and everyone are really great at their work office is always filled with positive energy

Very good money if you put the work in! Only negative is not much work life balance, but overall tons of money great opportunities to grow fast and team build!

I’ve personally learnt a lot of real life lessons.
The culture in the office is very motivating. There is no seniority. Everyone is exactly the amount of work you put in.
