What is the best part of working at the company?
The coworkers are awesome and the living situation is prefect for the work hours. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you first start and have to get use to the hours and work. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a warm hard working environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Toolbox meeting, FLHA, cleaning, restocking, refilling, cleaning, sanitizing, logging temps, and cooking prep.

I would wake up every morning at 4:30 AM open store at 5:00 AM and help customers, i would attend the safety meeting at 7:00 AM. Breaks are 7AM - 7:45 AM 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM. 
Would open store again at 5:00 PM and would work till 10:00 PM at night.

Within those working hours i had other duties to take care of, such as Cleaning high maintenance coffee machines, Total 1. iw ould also clean washrooms, whenever i had a chance. and would also clean my store if there wasn't a janitor on duty. then i would do it all over again!

Tax free pay if you are indigenous.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Attitude problems with coworkers and management.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You slave away for barely above minimum wage.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clean, prepare food, throw garbage out at the end of shift.

Every morning we would have a safety meeting before I start my tasks of the day, I have learned how to be time oriented and responsible about myself while on the job and to self motivate myself to do the job the right and safe way, hardest part about the job was standing for hours at a time but I got used to it, the most enjoyable part about the job was meeting new people and learning new skills.

I liked working for the Primco Dene, Camp and catering company the staff and clients are easy going.
I've learned how to work in a fast paced environment.
The hardest part of the job was working 12 hours a day and sometimes not getting enough rest.
The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing all the positive staff and clients in the work place, and meeting new people.

I stayed in the camp that i worked at so it made it easy to get to work, i would get up and go for breakfast then go to the morning meeting and talk about how we are doing our jobs and how we can improve some things about our work ethic, I was a learned housekeeping,dishwashing, dining room attendant, and being a janitor how to clean and organize and maintain my daily duties, over all it was a good experience.

Well the camp I was at was good. But trying to get a hold of hr is impossible. Pay rate is low for the amount of work and hours you put in. If you don’t care about the work environment and keep your opinions to yourself this is the company to work for. 

Great people to work with. Poor pay, understaffed constantly. Overworked. Company can considerate of your home life. Can be, not usually. Either show up or you don't get to work. Very rare dk. You move up, if you do it takes a long time. Good workers overlooked. Nepotism is real here. 

Was a good place to work.  We were provided with exercise equipment and other on site recreational opportunities to balance work/life and I appreciated the fact that it was a dry camp.  Wages and benefits were awesome.

great to work for and great people as co workers , especially from being a sstuddent but its disorganized at times for transfers, transportation on home days .
