I've work with this company for several years.  While I enjoyed the bulk of my time there were ups and downs.

The company seemed to have progressed very well during the beginning of my time and started to achieve the markets needs and hit several keys points that customers demanded, it made our jobs easier to deal with when situations arose.  Changes happened that made it somewhat difficult and a loss in confidence in our ability to meets customers needs started.

I am not sure if Management knew nor cared of the effects of this change and a loss in market share within Manitoba started to begin which affected our ability to perform and things started to snowball.  Working with fellow staff within our branch was a great experience however other locations can be challenging sometimes.  They have seem many people come and go in a short time frame which causes some dis-concern for myself.

There is a lot of potential but it takes some optimism.  .

I wish them well but I am glad for my new adventure in life.

What makes Primco a good place to work with is the people who you share your day with.  This is not limited to the people in your branch but other locations across Western Canada as well as our customer also.  There may seem like there are a lot of hard days to push through but the small wins you get makes the experience worth it.

Terrible environment.
Management wants you to read their minds.
Nothing in the building is maintained. NOTHING including equipment, racking and building itself.
Workplace Accident waiting to happen.
Wage totally inadequate for hellish environment.
No breaks.   1hr lunch only.
Overall a very bad place to work.

Everyone there works hard to make sure that every customers needs are met. It can be highly stressful but worth the experience.
I learned that if you don't keep up with things as soon as they happen they will accumulate and become overwhelming later on.

Loved the first 6 months of the job but like all companies, we sometimes go through issues that are outside of your control. This position is best suited for someone who can roll with the financial dips. The wins are great, the dips are deadly. Good atmosphere for the most part and a growing company culture.

Supervisor was rude to truck drivers,  management doesn't care about you.  You can't talk to fellow employees without getting yelled at. Wage is absolutely garbage and you never get a raise.

Fun, laid back atmosphere. Flexible workplace that gets the job done in managing the distribution of flooring products. Phenomenal co-workers that make your job fun.

Good company to work for and great customer base.  Management team is strong, but still seems to have fairly high turnover due to certain areas being under staffed.

lack of resources from Management made it hard to perform duties properly and efficiently. Now, to my knowledge, they have lost 95% of their valuable employees.

worst company to work no support from mgmt and no support from co workers they say it is 8 hour shift but in reality it is 9 hour shift and there is no clarity on any rules.
