I would recommend anyone looking at working here to stay away. Read their costumer reviews alone and that's your value to this company as an employee. They make big promises but don't keep them, there's no job security, proper training by licensed operators, everyone back stabs everyone to get to the top, your purpose is to make them as much money as possible before they burn you out and replace you.Their offers of benefits (which you pay not them for minimum coverage) & schooling is a crock, no one lasts long enough to benefit from it, so it's thrown out there like it's a great opportunity while they know they won't have to pay jack in the end. Good work ethic & being on time means nothing if your not pulling in enough product numbers per hour, their machines are faulty & unsafe, they don't care or treat their employees well, cameras everywhere and watching your every movement including the lunch room. Overall the worst company I have worked for yet. People write reviews for a reason, so take the advice. Don't bother.

This job would be the closest they have to slave labour in Canada. Managers.... what managers they are all useless including the owner. The parts are all cheap Chinese junk. The box says made in Canada, but the only thing made in Canada is the BOX. Slimy managers would have us put made in Canada stickers over the made in China stickers. On the whole the company is full of thieves and back stabbers. And I’m pretty sure the owner watches you while you use the toilet. With the amount of cameras there I’m pretty sure the owner is a voyeur.

I will say they do employ many people and will hire anyone, which is good for desperate people. Unfortunately employees are treated very badly resulting in a very high turn over of staff.  They like to remind you that you are not needed and the company makes the majority of their money with their online part of the business. Therefore they have no problem closing the retail side.

Hours are stricked no more or less then 40hours,
stricked dress code no jeans allowed, shorts,
no headphones no music allowed, (computre work)
Cameras everywhere, managers
managers are back stabing (say one thing and do the oposite)
company doesn't care about employee loyalty

Well , I learned many skilled over there , like as increase my communication skills , become more social, if I talk about work that is too good because of good workplace culture ! All other employees are very helpful ! Mostly team work is saw by me which is very good In workplace 🙂

I worked there briefly  , they want you to have a post secondary education to place orders for parts and offer this non existent training They have cameras all over the place {borderline creepy)have no idea why obviously  the owner has serious trust issues ,his management team fight and bicker amoungst each other 
my advice don't waste your time  . Slime Choice !

The team in our department worked very well together & were quite friendly and cohesive.
Operating systems took a turn for the most-challenging and was seemingly implemented with negligible user input; causing massive amounts of errors and frustration.  Quite unfortunate.

its a good place to work in. Their moving in the right direction for their team and orginzation growth. nice managers, co-worders, and team to work with.

Very poor training, very poor management, lots of discrimination among employees, 0% secure job,
no incentive, no raise. Managers lie easily.  
Not worth working there with the controlling environment.

I've been working at Prime choice for about 4 months and it was fine until a few days ago when i got written up for being 3 minutes late. during that 4 months almost every day someone leaves and there's someone new. in a span of 3 days almost 20 people got fired.
