Theres no typical day in this industry everyday you have to handle with different kind of situation, but the main job its ensure the proper functioning of the restaurant and that our customer leaves happy and satisfied. It was my first experience as banquet manager witch i loved i learned a lot about the hole concept of banquet. I was a part of the management team and i think that was the hardest part of my job especially because i has a server as well, i really had to separate those two job  ,when i was a server i was equal at all of them. Prime his a big family we always worked as a team, everyone helps everyone. The best part about working there was that i was able to touch many aspect of customer service and restoration industry i leard and gain a lot of experience.

Prime is the best place to work at, great co-worker best food. the love there is outstanding.

When I started at Prime I was working as prep cook - until I improved my speed and landed to be a full time job as a line -cook Overtime My boss realized i was more then a cook, i started picking shifts as Bar. I started learning more about the Restaurant Industry, I and improve on costumer service, it was a learning process and so enjoyable

the feeling of the place was more of a party than a serious place to work at , no standards, no descipline , no culture, 
the owner rather a down to earth nice guy , which is the cause of his demise, he should take a step back and hire professional management staff who will have a plan of action to execute

Prime is a fast passed environment, and probably where I picked up most of my skills in the industry. They are very strict about customer satisfaction and that is the way it should be. The staff are awesome and supportive of each other, and work as family. The hardest part of the job is obviously keeping customers satisfied of the busiest of nights.

The management is excellent, along with my co-workers. Everyone is very friendly and great to work with. I have learned to work well under pressure when things gets busy from working at Prime.

Able to work flexible hours. They were accommodating with my second job. Friendly staff and proud ownership. Great food and friendly environment. Reasonable shared tips.

one of the best kitchens ive ever worked in, learned alot and became a dependant member of the team. was cut short due to teh fort mcmurray fires. would easily return to work there

worked on salads, deep fryer, plate placing i found it was quiet easy for me to pick up the dishes we were making there. and they had long hours witch i liked
