What I did like about his company, was the degree of independence management gave us.  After working with another worker and learning what we had to, they gave us the benefit of the doubt and a chance to show we actually knew what we were doing.  We were essential to the company,  as we actually were the ones making and bottling there product.  The beginning pay was also higher than what I was used to, with really good benefits and time based raises, which most places dont do anymore.  My coworkers were wonderful and I think I like the way everyone was a freind, not just coworker.  Because we were wet so much of the time, winter could become very difficult.  The first thing we did was either clean the machines, or bottle the water, which left us usually quite wet.

Good company to work for: solid benefits plan, reasonable pay, and constant work available.  Co-workers and management are wonderful to work with.  Be sure that you are physically fit, and able to lift 50 pound bottles of water on a continuous and regular basis.  Safety-oriented company, continuous education opportunities on-site.

Work is repetitive to some degree, route-planning with the assistance of the supervisor will aid in your efficiency along with obeying rules of the road.  Pre-trip and post-trip inspections done every day.  Policies and procedures in place to aid in a safe and welcoming work environment.

Make sure you stay hydrated and bring a lunch for your days on the road!

A typical day at work would be to check emails to see what is required and then to follow through.  There would be possible reports required and orders to be placed for customers.

I have learned a lot from everyone that I have worked with over the 30 years that I have been there.  I have worked in many positions and have learned that I am very adaptable and learn new things very quickly and that I can be depended on to do what is necessary.

I have loved working with my co-workers. Some have moved on,  some have gone and come back and gone again, some have stayed along with me.

The hardest part of my job was to keep in touch with all the changes and to ensure that I was not falling behind.

The most enjoyable part of my day was to be able to help any of my co-workers that needed my assistance.  We were very close and I enjoyed helping anyone who needed it.

I was assured the job would go to a full time position when I was hired.  4 months later and my hours were cut with no chance of full time. Tried to get a part time job on top of this one to make up hours but Canadian Springs kept changing my hours at the last minute making me out to look like an unprofessional idiot to my new employer.  Consequently I lost the part time job and began looking for a new full time position.  I am a single income single parent and 24 hours a week with an erratic schedule does not pay the bills or accommodate for reliable childcare.  Great job if you are semi retired and don’t need the income.

During the interview I was told that the salary is around 75k yearly and that they aim for 8 hour days.
The truth came out as soon as I was hired. They get angry if you only work 8 hour days, they only pay 19 per hour and the management does not manage and never answers the phone when you need to get in touch. 

On top of the lies about the salary and work hours, it has become standard practice to overload the trucks well beyond the GVW and for the route drivers to speed to get the route done "on time".

Once upon a time, this was a thriving workplace. It was a decent company to work for. But not anymore. At its peak, the building contained 200+ employees. Today, there is less than half that number. A fleet of 75+ trucks and vans. Now, that number barely hits 35. 
This company has suffered greatly from years of mismanagement. Its best employees have moved on to far less stressful jobs. Those who are still there, remain only because they have high seniority and benefits. The workplace, though, is toxic. Beware.

This company is very toxic when hired the upper management make you feel like you landed the perfect Jon, it does take long to realize that is all just a lie. They give you impossible tasks to complete, force you to take on work outside of your 8 hour window and give you no extra additional pay or reward for your time. When they dismissed me it was the best feeling I ever had I felt free. The drivers are really good bunch of guys. Stay far away from this company they treat you like garbage literally.



Fulfilling busy days delivering bottles and managing route while serving customer needs to the best of your ability. Management knows that a driver's first responsibility is to ensure that their product gets to the customers in a safe and timely manner.  Busy and fast paced workplace due to the high volume of water being delivered. Frustrating if delivery info is incorrect but also chance to make some good friends and a great salary.

Daily inventory entries into log books. Meet dead lines .scheduling employees work and vacation times. Loading trucks  and shiipping and receiving . Upper management there is no communication and bad management. Most of my co-workers and good hard working and caring people. The hardest part of my job is dealing with all the politics. The most enjoyable part of my job is interacting with people.
