Interview process was simple enough. Some red flags upon entering the office: empty reception desk and empty desks visible. People seemed nice enough. When I started is when it went downhill quickly. They clearly weren't ready to train me and onboard me. I was given approx 1000 leads to call into and provide solutions. Unfortunately, 950 of these leads were duplicates of already existing accounts and I was SOL. The company is unorganized and management was lost. My direct manager was a nice guy but his style was awful. There were 4 account managers hired (including myself) who were supposed to excel and grow the department. By the end of the first year only one remained. I don't think Primus has any presence in the SMB market anymore and it's for good reason. Joke of a company.Best part of the job was the meals and gifts around the holidays. Worst part was everything else.

This was my first Canadian working experience after migrating here in 2004. I learned Telesales in a short time and enjoyed my time with the
co-workers. The hardest part of the job was when i spoke to some
really irate customers. The best part of the job was when these irate
customers calmed down and then signed up. The feelings afterwards were very stimulating and morale boosting.

The job was good, calling customers and reconciling accounts.  I got to work in residential and calling people for payments as I had been working commercial accounts only so it was good to learn how to deal with the general public.

The culture is what kept me there, salary is poor for the area, benefits aren’t too bad, management can be great but needs processes for difficult situations regarding an employee and customer. 

Great working from home.  No so good the number of new owners and no pay increase.  They are not replacing people who leave so thd work load  gets higher.  Able to work overtime and the benefits are great

worked there for a few years and loved every minute of it. i am always telling people to apply there even to this day and even if i live in Ontario and not New Brunswick.

Started off very positive and then became stressful. A lot is asked, more work as you grow within the company but pay stays the same. Support is good but depending on who your manager is. The hours are good and so are the benefits.

Expensive internet, terrible company. Not good to customers as I've recieved alot of mean responses from previous customers. Competition is high, price is high, $80 for 150mbps so very slow wifi. 

The comany needs to work on changing the work environment to make it a fun place to work. The company needs to focus on improving both the customer service and employee experience.

Good company is you are starting your career. They pay a good money and you can have a good commission.  They have partnership with Costco which gives them good platform to serve.
