My location had a great team, but was frequently understaffed for the workload. Pay was slow to increase based on experience, outside of exceptional circumstances. The work is very fun/ interesting, with a mix between ski area and heavy duty. Management was great with employees, but occasionally overwhelmed with paperwork as opposed to the ability to easily training new hires. The team did have opportunities for interacting with our customers from near and far, and building excellent relationships. Nice vacation time allotment, but only able to use it part of the year based on seasonal busy times.

 Improved productivity through an organized implementation of standardized work improvements, decreased time reduction, and implemented other lean manufacturing system best practices. 
 Supported the Manufacturing Engineering Group in their production support activities. 
 Made recommendations regarding opportunities that positively impacted operations, such as implanting Kanban for the assembly line.

Client needs are first priority to entire team.    I enjoyed my time there and was treated fairly but when another great opportunity presented itself I had to go.
