Worked with some very friendly staff which became good friends, which is necessary due to the stressful nature of the job role and the lack of support from management.
Zero progression opportunities even when a higher position becomes available it is either filled from outside or given to a friend of senior management without being advertised properly.
Pay is terrible for the things you endure in the workplace including significant chance of injury often due to staffing levels being too low.

Probably the worst job I have ever had. No career progression even when I’ve asked. If you’re not part of the “family”, then they don’t care. Corrupted, don’t follow policy and the managers are idiots. People who are higher up walk around like they own the place, you’re under-appreciated, the wage is woeful. The job takes up most of your life, balancing life with work will be a struggle, organisational skills is the worst !

Priory is an excellent organisation that cares about their staff by providing good training and career progression. 
CQC reports 87% of their sites are good or outstanding compared with 78% in the NHS or other independent providers.
Priory has a strong track record of delivering high quality care, treatment and education.

Priory was ok while working there however  few things need to be sorted by management; hopefully things get more positive in the work environment.
Pro is that everyone is a family and team mates however sometimes politics are played

This company never changes, management are unorganised, they take on much more than they can handle. No support for staff well-being, all they care about is the money they are bringing in from the young people. 

Work was interesting, good team. Nice open plan office in a good area. Did things to celebrate people's birthdays. Unfortunately, cuts were being made, but we were offered reasonable compensation.

In The Priory Hospital I have gain different experience that I can use to different job. Priory Hospital has a good management policy

Enjoyed working at Priory .High responsibility if you like being in charge -left to do job without interference .Given complete charge no cost restrictions 

Worked as head chef, management support minimal, pay dreadful for responsibility,  hours ok, always short staffed and chefs expected to cover c/a's jobs,
