Pristine Labour

Spent a year living in Vancouver, BC. Signed up with a few temp agencies when I got there, Pristine was the third or fourth place to give me work. Was so much better than the other places it's not even funny. You don't have to go to their office every morning to pick up your work sheet, you get the info the night before on your cell or email. You don't have to track down a supervisor to sign your timecard before you go, just sign it yourself. Coworkers are mostly young travellers, not burnout drug addicts. Never had an issue with pay. The guys running this company are ridiculously nice. They gave us lots of free gear, free lunches from time to time and the owner gave me a ride home one day (to Kitsilano, from downtown.. way out of his way). 

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to say that if you are traveling to Vancouver and need work, you can relax. As long as you are not a drug addict, you will get work. And it will be reasonably close to where you live. If you are planning to work for a few months it would make sense to go through a $250 elevator operator course in New Westminster. Your pay would go from $13.50 to $17+ and the job is easier. I got quite a bit of overtime in too. All in all a good experience. 

To the the guys running Pristine, a heartfelt THANK YOU. I had a wonderful time in Vancouver and you made my life much easier. If I ever come back you will be my first call.

While it was difficult to find a job in Vancouver, Pristine Labour made it super easy for me to get employed as they quickly arranged an interview. During my time at Pristine I always felt valued and they checked in on me frequently to make sure I‘m working safely. I‘ve been to many sites, some have been better than others but that‘s nothing Pristine can control. However, if you have a any problems with your site they will make sure the problem will be fixed as soon as possible. The pay was always on time and very fair. Would definitely recommend and work for them again if I‘m in the Vancouver are again.

I worked with Pristine for quite a while, I did everything from sweeping floors to managing actual projects. When it comes to work and the care they put into each individual worker, there is in one better than Pristine.

Safety is first and you feel safe with them even on big construction sites. They guided me through the beginning of my workcareer and I'm sure they will do the same for you too.

And if you just want to make money, they are also one of the better paying companies. Especially when it comes to what they do for you in return for your work.

Management automated the login system, but also took into account physical sign on sheets (which was preferable at the site I worked on). They cared about safety and maintained their standard every 2 weeks with orientations and PPE checks.

As i got to Canada i got a job with Pristine labour in Vancouver, the owner was an immigrant from South Africa and really was trying to help out newcomers to their country. I would work for them again tomorrow. I learned a lot of new skills as a joiner in a different country and met some interesting people too.

In the context of a labour company you will find none better

It is just that simple

The management team is involved in your progress and active in your advancement.

Management and operations team are all very helpful. From what I've seen and heard around from other labourers.. pristine seem to pay the highest too and supply with necessary gloves/glasses etc. 

great place to work excellent staff and incredibly fulfilling,I worked on numerous sites throughout vancouver with people from all around the world enjoyable experience and highly recommend.

It's an amazing company to work with If you are looking for something temporary or even permanently. The management one of the best I've had, helpfull and supportive.

It was alright. Management was very friendly. Pay is not great. Can basically take time off whenever you want if you are sick or are not feeling up to working a full work week.
