If you do not know much about the work you will be doing (Construction or property maintenance) your foreman will be sure to help you understand exactly what the job requires. You will be working long hours (A bonus to some), but may not receive the pay you should be receiving.

its a good pace to be , can be unorganized and all over at times , great staff and friendly, but the organization and the inability to pay their bills and depending on other people made it a very tiresome job and pushed people away

At PPM I was required to drive a company vehicle, pick up my crew, create a material list and complete different jobs day to day with little to no supervision. This was a great learning experience.

Could had been worse but when I worked there I got some solid hours. I learned some new Ideas and you get payed breaks also you receive a good lunch period. I met many good people through this company and even if I had some issues doesn't mean everyone will.

pretty good place to work if you are on a decent team.  winter season is salary and the amount of work was fair for the pay. supervisor was decent as well.  I would have like more training on things i wasnt doing currently

I was let go for no wrong doing of any kind. Was taken advantage of, overworked, underpaid, unappreciated and left with little info on jobs to do and no management skills or organization.

always work to be done fun people to be around and you get to do some fun work at times, get to learn things you never knew how to do, the hours are great and you don't work weekends.

long days, repetitive work, pay was late often and sometimes in cash.
there are more organized companies to work for
equipment needed repair.
disorganized work environment

fun energetic people the days can be long and stressful but a great learning experience. If your a driver you can take the truck home which is nice if you don't have a car.

Horrible all round company to work for management is a joke and the company goes through people like water through the toilet bowl it’s just residuals the blind leading the blind
