The companies or clients I have worked for have a strong desire to help you succeed and great support so you can maximize your potential never be afraid to ask a question if needed and the schedule individuals are great.


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
To put a smile on a clients face and help them to manage ADL's as well as they can and this is a very gratifying part of my job.

There are various types of cultures and in my experience I have had no issues

I have lots of experience in my field and my shifts usually go as what is expected of me and there is always help and understanding from the company if needed.

Working together as a team and ability to multitasking.  Workplace flexibility. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of job security and negativity impacts employees at work.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is about work experience, attitudes and behaviors  towards each other and shared values.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show who you are and of course no days is perfect. But good days at work where you feel like you achieve your goals.

As a freelance Personal Care Attendant, there are long hours on-call with sporadic free time. Opportunities are good to learn and to hone skills and learn new ones. Pay is generally less than with a company. Overall, very fulfilling.

It is always great to have a consistent person to care for. We set a schedule that worked for both of us. Her care included bathing, dressing and light house keeping. Overall, it was the best client I could have wished for. 

Great place to work, work with amazing staff, has a really good work and home life balance and with excellent pay! I would definitely recommend applying. 

My client was amazing to work with.  Any time you can work with someone and care for their needs directly, is an amazing day. Especially when there is trust and humor. 

We did a lot of daily life skills and enjoyed working together. Overall a lot of fun, relaxed and enjoyable work life balance. Close to home and a lot of fun. 

People are great. Always moving. Understanding. Working with the people here was a great opportunity to be able to be myself and not have to worry about judgement
