Everyone works at a yard doing SAAQ inspections and while I was there we worked on call for a week every 6 weeks (may have changed since I was there) 
I learned alot about the trucking industry and some good tips and tricks to get the job done safely and easily 
Management looks out for employees like they're family 
You pretty much work alone unless you're getting parts from the shop or helping another technician with a big job (installing new trailer doors)
The hardest part is probably the on call for most people waking up at weird times and sleeping when you can 
Best part of the job is (if you have private parking) the truck comes home with you and you get the company phone

The Fleet Manager role involves managing vehicles across multiple locations and coordinating maintenance and compliance activities. The work is structured, requires attention to detail, and offers opportunities to learn about fleet operations in different regions. The team is professional, and the work environment supports collaboration and continuous improvement. Overall, it has been a stable and positive experience.

I have been working here for 10 years now, and the people here feel like family. We all make such a great team. Everyone is so nice, we all help each other out and have the same goals to get the job done well. 

Management treats you with respect, your voice is always heard & though we have grown so much over the years, you never are "just a number". 

I feel supported in the workplace as well as encouraged to grow and offer my ideas for improving tasks. 



Phenomenal company to work for! Some of the best Management in the Industry. Completely down to earth people and are understanding if circumstances arise. If you are willing and wanting to advance your skillsets to benefit both you and the company, they are willing to work with you if it makes sense. Salaries are competitive with industry standards.

Most days was the same, very busy.  I learned management skills and customer service skills. The workplace was small and out dated, but it was a place to work and make money. Hardest part of the job was finding space when we were busy.
Best part of the job was working with friends.

Great company to work for, they provide excellent on the job training from extremely knowledgeable management team. They emphasize the importance of work and family balance  and provide ample opportunities for growth and experience in different facets of the job.

Easy company to work for. There is always a steady amount of work and you have piece of mind with job security due to the industry. Lots of overtime available if wanted. Uniforms and provided Phone and tablet are nice extras. Lots of room for progression.

Relaxed environment, do your job is all your asked to do. Company is very understanding when it comes to Family and personal issues.

Paid every week which is great!
