Management frequently has free/paid for lunches in celebration of a holiday or milestone. Benefits are decent and cover vision, dental  health care, disability, etc.

Work can be incredibly slow especially during the winter season which resulted in a multitude of layoffs within the company (mechanics, office workers, etc.) which was incredibly inconvenient as you are expected to send a daily report at the end of each day. 

Managers are fairly micromanage-y - wanting to know everything that you've done/are doing yet complain about the volume of emails they receive from the team despite the fact. Also no sense of loyalty at all, quite a bit a smack talk within the company and everyone likes to talk behind each other's backs.

There is also no sense of progression. You are lied to that your wages will be bumped up progressively and that you can move up the company but you are honestly more likely to be laid off than that actually ever happening.



You don't see any future or any advancement in the company. The co workers always talk behind your back in their own language and very loud, especially if you're different than their culture. If they don't like you, they'll make sure you don't pass the probation, they'll lay off you just one day before you complete the probation so that they don't have to give you the benefit package. They pay you at certain $$ per hour but it's a 10 hour work day, the wage works out to be below the average. It's a very biased company based on whom they favour.  To be honest, don't ever apply any positions in this company and if you do, you'll regret very soon.

Toxic work culture. Drivers always in pressure to complete their jobs due to flat rate & no waiting time paid  . Pay minimum wages to drivers & expect professional  work from drivers. Politics in dispatch only favour some drivers which are family friends of company owners & dispatch guys. All other drivers just wasting their time in company. Management doesn’t know anything how to run or manage company or listen  drivers issue & problems. No rewards or appericiation to drivers . So please avoid this company if you have an experienced driver. If you are fresher  great place for them to learn how to work under desi people in trucking.

Very unprofessional dispatch department.  One person will tell you one thing and another will tell you another. No regard for safety or the well being of the employee. 
When communicating with dispatch one has no idea who you are talking to. They use a social media app for alll dispatch and communication. They expect you to use your own phone and data with no reimbursement. 
All rates are below standard. Delevery dead lines are extreamly tight leaving little or no time for breaks. 
In short compleate disrespect for drivers. Nice to your face but once you turn your back it's a different situation. 

Do not bother to apply!

Very disappointed with this company's management. The management team is unprofessional, unhelpful, and does not take employee concerns seriously. Communication is very poor, and issues are often ignored instead of being resolved.

They do not value their employees, and there is a lack of proper support from management when problems arise. Decisions are made without considering workers, and it creates a stressful and frustrating work environment.

Overall, my experience with this company's management was very negative, and I would not recommend working here unless there are major improvements in how management treats employees.

Environment and culture is awesome .... Whenever you have problem you call them and they fix it

Just doing my job that I am assigned for ,normal day for a driver

Dont work here and If you are on Work Visa don’t even bother sending your resume. I would suggest stay home instead of working for them. No job security, they will use you till they need you. Management and owners are very sweet and good on your face but they talk bad behind you.

The company is run by desi ppl so it has its fair share of drawbacks.. dispatch has their favourites and they will give them priority work while others will be making half the money.. secondly, the management changes rules as per their convenience . 

Horrible training, UNPAID training, wasted 40 hours of my time and didn't train properly. DO NOT WORK HERE
Jobs are flat rate and do not cover all hours worked, waiting time is not paid and often stuck waiting for hours at rail yard. 

They pay on flat rate per move. Pay per move is not worth my work or time. Too much unpaid waiting time at CN.
Trucks are dirty . Equipment is not workable. I’ll say avoid.
