I have been working in 3 different companies so far, and I have to say Pro-Western Plastics has the best working environment. The colleagues are so friendly to each other like a family. The management take care of each individual employee as best as they can. They company always hold the burger day or ribs day etc so frequently. Even twice a month. So nice to be work here. However, in my option, the manager of my department doesn't have enough manage experience. His skills and knowledge are the expert in this field without doubt. But he doesn't really know how to manage a team. He wasn't share as much information as he supposed to be with me. And he's not even sure what's his expectation about me. He let me go without any notice or warning, only because after a year, he believes he needs a more senior person instead(I'm a intermediate level). One more thing, they paid me about 10k less then the average salary I supposed to get. I accepted that with no problem all because the working environment is so good. I don't think my manager appreciate that, but only wants me to give more. I still recommend people to work here, as I was never want to leave.

Management were a bunch of bullies. If you tried to defend yourself you were either labelled or fired. Human resources was a joke. They were  just puppets for the big bosses. I worked here for many years and the environment is toxic to say the least. You were treated like kids in school. Don't dare talk to your coworker who worked next to you because that was frowned upon. Unless you were one of the boys in blue coveralls then you could stand around and chat and do nothing for hrs. They could care less about their employees.  That's why they can't keep good employees. The ones that stay have a mortgage, family or bills to pay so they just do their job and go home.  The only positive thing I can say about this place is the good people that I worked with. We were all in the same boat but we all also had bills to pay.  I could go on but I no longer work here but I still keep in touch with several coworkers. Nothing has changed.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever worked ! Every single person there was rude and miserable. 
 They expect you to run 2-3 machines at the same time which is extremely hectic and confusing. 
 The trainers could hardly speak a word of English so it was very hard to understand anything or learn anything.  People couldn’t even bother to say good morning I’m guessing because they are so unhappy with working there.  
 I really can’t say one positive thing about this place.  They need to hire more people for 16$/hr instead of having employees jump around from machine to machine.

I worked here for 4 months the night sups are very mean,  I was helping out other workers on their machines and even just starting was already one of the fastest in the warehouse.

I had problems with the night supervisors they were rude and anytime they came to you for forms to sign they were treating you like you didnt exist and when you asked a question they ignore you and walk away.

This company holds no value for its employees and even tries to put them down using their sup roles as power over other people.

Absolutely horrible place to work. There are some great employees there, but the shift coordinators plus one of the day shift trainers is horrible. They bully operators and try to write them up for things they haven't done, yell at them if they're not going at the pace they would like keeping in mind that some of the machines are fast, and they disregard you if you have any concerns. 

Life in IT is often excessively stressful and somewhat thankless, but my experience at Pro-Western plastics has been quite the opposite. I am regularly encouraged to take involvement in the business and strive for continual improvement. No socializing or friendly enviroment
Training was hard to hear as they did it in the plant

Workplace culture nobody socialized they had there own grup or sat alone
I did'nt find the job enjoyable at all

Pro-Western is a wonderful company run by great people, from the top down. If you do not require a lot of money, I would recommend working here. Some areas for improvement would be found in their management. Issues with high turnover could be remedied by paying a living wage.

Other trainors would bully  trainees.  Every little mistake or if you slow down, will be known by management right away. You are going home with your body trembling from exhaustion with very little pay. Would not recommend. 

This place has a hard time keeping employees. The pay is horrible for what you are expected to do. Most of your co-workers are good but management does not talk at all. The workers get most of the blame for anything that goes wrong.
