I am happy to witness the positive changes this company has made in the last year. 
I’ve seen the company investing in training and professional development opportunities. Employees have access to valuable resources and opportunities to enhance their skills and grow within the organization. 
I think it's important to remember that every company may face challenges or past issues. However, ProAll has made it very clear that they are actively addressing and rectifying any shortcomings. I believe it's unfair to hold a company's past against them when they are actively making strides towards positive change. Change takes time.
In my experience, ProAll has gone above and beyond to improve their operations and workplace culture. They are fully committed to creating a better environment for their employees. It's clear that the negative reviews may not reflect the current reality.
I feel ProAll has not only improved as a business but has also created a workplace where employees can thrive and make a meaningful impact. As for myself, I’m going to continue to focus on the positive changes of this company as it moves ahead, and not concern myself with outdated perceptions. I hope others will do the same. 


I worked for Terex/Pro-all for only one month. I typically stay with a company for many years before making the next move. 
The problem I faced was when I was hired, they told me I would be in the painting department. On my first day, I was told that no one was available to train me so I was pushed to another department. This department was assembling pipes, accessories etc. It was mostly smaller stuff and the random larger item to assemble. After two weeks, I asked if the position I was hired for was available so I can start training. They told me to wait one more week and I will be in my desired department. 
After that one week, there was still no movement into the department that I was hired for.  I asked many people and not one of them gave me an explanation on what was going on. 
I asked one final time to the lead hand of the assembling department, he got on the phone and they told me that they are looking into it. 
At the end of the day, I received zero confirmation on what was going on. I was so frustrated that no one cared I just walked out and went my own way. Sad part is because I walked out, no one ever called me to see if everything was okay, that is what most companies do if someone is not in or missing. 

A typical day at work will involve HSE employees thinking they can direct your work or tell you what to concentrate on. Depending on the area where you work, it also includes a bit or mayhem and frustration - like any other workplace. For the most part, a typical day is good.
I learned a lot about the importance of processes and sticking with people who respect and follow them, even though some managers don't hold people accountable as such.
Most of the people are great to work with. Sometimes senior management tend to give false promises, perspectives and information to make you feel good and/or so you can think everything is fine.
The hardest part of the job is still needing to do everything that needs to be done for the company success with all of the challenges and complications that Terex and some members of management keep introducing unnecessarily.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with and the pride you feel about the product the company puts out and your involvement in it.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's good for the short time you'll work there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not knowing whether they're going to hire you. They expect you to be there and working early and they won't pay you for it. If you're not they will hold it against you. It's a little bit stressful not knowing if you're going to be back on the food bank line or not.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a corporation. It's a heartless faceless corporation. They will ram DEI down your throat meanwhile over 50% of the staff isn't white so the diversity is already off the charts so I don't know what they're trying to promote at this point other than virtue signaling.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Confusion and trying to look busy because you don't know what to do because you weren't trained.

The ProAll work culture is very much team oriented, with great support and guidance from management. There was lots of interesting technical items to learn at the start (and ongoing). I had great help from other ProAll departments for any questions I had. Some days were very busy with technical phone calls, and some days I had less calls and more time for hands-on learning. The opportunity to travel within North America regarding calibrations was well supported and a positive experience. The ProAll benefits program was by far the best I have come across in any industry. I highly recommend ProAll as a place to work. 

I worked with this great group of people for 3+ years and leaving wasn't easy. I left for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the company.

This is a fast paced (most of the time) ever evolving company that is investing largely in itself and constantly upgrading the quality of equipment, tools and safety standards. 

ProAll will provide you with tools, training and opportunities to grow with a company that is really moving to the next level.

Every company has it's pain point, this companies biggest pain point is the constant growth and maturing of the companies culture.

Over 3 years this company has made great changes that I wouldn't pass up a chance to be apart of.

What is the best part of working at the company?
never work at this place. they will mandatory overtime you for months.  for there gain and in then just lay you off for lack of work.  i was there for a year and seen so many workers come and go.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
watching all the management do nothing but talk in a group about there outside life

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
over all. the workers are great. but management is not outgoing

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
hurry up and make mistakes.  watched so many workers mess up on projects. even the supervisors. lol

With Terex coming into the picture, there are a lot of positive changes occurring. ProAll seems to be really embracing the new opportunities that allow for improvement while also being willing to learn from past missteps. I don't believe any company can truly be free of imperfections, but having the willingness and openness to want to change and be better are things I can certainly appreciate in a company like ProAll.

ProAll has grown so much in the past few years and I love being part of it! Change is happening all of the time and the new management are listening to what we have to say. Change takes time and effort from all of us. I enjoy my job and feel supported. It's also exciting to be part of Terex and I look forward to a future with this company. Leadership is flexible in their thought process which is needed in a small niche market. 
The finance team was wonderful to work with and collaborated well. 
The location doesn't attract top professional talent but the compensation is good enough to entice potential top performers.
Training/learning opportunities need to be sought after rather than given due to the busy reporting nature of the parent company.
