A typical day at work is always different which makes the job interesting always. You're always learning new things. (Products, Applications etc.) Management is pretty good, they care about the company and they are good role models for the workers. The workplace culture is like a family. We work as a team to get the job done. The hardest part of the job is learning many things at the same time, but its worth it at the end. Having company dinners are always a great time.

Upper management make themselves available to everyone, provide mentorship, guidance, and support employees in their professional development. 

Pleasant work environment with lots of team building activities like summer BBQs and other events.

A proper work-life balance is respected as well as flexible remote work arrangements.

I found it fun to work there, you learn about a variety of hvac controle products, sale skills,  get formation on controls. Sometimes it gets repetitive  but was a great experience. 

I work with many fun and knowledgeable people making the work day more pleasant and interesting. The new employee training program is thorough and efficient.
