There is no such thing as a typical day at work at ProserveIT. The different projects for different companies means different working environment. This helps in enabling their employees adapt to different working styles, people, culture and environment at 
a quick pace.
Apart from the numerous technologies learnt in a short while. I have also learnt how to find answers to different issues at a quicker pace
Our managers constantly followed up on the status of the projects and out well being to ensure that the clients are getting the best service.
Everyone generally worked together on projects even though there might not be assigned to that project
The hardest part of the job is not knowing the location of your next project has this might affect personal plans
The most enjoyable part of the job is learning and meeting new people frequently

I really enjoy working at ProServeIT because it offers me lots of variety in job tasks, the flexibility to learn new things, and the freedom to make things happen.  Working styles are very collaborative and has a warm and amazing family-feel culture.  The people are the best part! The company has strong inclusive values, and the Management team are extremely supportive of their employees.  

Worst experience working in Proserve IT. There is no job security, its almost working  in a local grocery shop, you ask for salary hike, they will fire you in 2 months making one excuse or another. I worked in Walmart and they have better job security with same minimum wages.

New Person in few month get upgraded to Director with Zero Experience for Director Level, No Respect to talk with Employee. 
Word of mouth is no respect, Never regard or thanks on the Email when every reply any email from the day one.

Management cares about their people. 
Workmates are fantastic.
Some flexibility to working hours and location.
Gives opportunities to grow - professionally and personally.
Wins are celebrated and people's hardwork are being acknowledged.

ProServeIT is an great organization to work for.  They have a large client base, provide excellent opportunities for consulting professionals.  ProServeIT provide a high standard in terms of training and access to current technology

Not a idle company to stick for long time. The manager is not supportive and feels like working in a service desk environment. There is no benefits from day 1. It wil be after completing 6 months that to with 50/50 split

This is a great place to work. Great culture! Love everything about the company. No micromanagement and job is very flexible. I totally recommend to anyone

Its a great company to work for, good culture and lots of opportunities , good yearly outings and lots of good co workers , very knowledgeable and its a family environment

They provide me the opportunity to work with the team who Design & Implementing new project on site
It's a great learning for me
