Typical day, started at 645 had a work meeting and would decide who was going to what line. Once we got to our line we would sign and typically I would assist the line leads in who was good at what and what jobs people were best at. Once we figured out who would be doing the building and who would be doing the filling, we would get the blueprints for the fillers and figure out where the product needed to be placed. Get the blueprints for the displays and show the rest of the workers how to build the displays. Get the production on the roll and keep it at a steady pace so that our target could be met. Hardest part of the job was trying to communicate with people who didn't really care to listen or weren't really into working. The most enjoyable part of the job was having good productive days when everybody got along, and we had fun getting our work done, the friends I made were a very enjoyable part of the job also.

A typical day at work with Prodigy is pretty much just like any other temp agency. You call them to look for temporary work that could lead something full time, permanent. The management was fair and my co-workers were kind to me. The most enjoyable part of any job I was sent to was that I got to work with some really friendly people.

We would show up on the line at 7, then we were on that line until lunch and then we went back on for the rest of the day. Management could have been better no one wanted to help if you needed it. My coworkers were great though i met one of my best friends there. The most enjoyable part of the job was you were able to be social as long as you were still getting the work done.

Management is good. I don't think so any hardest part of my job.I enjoy my part of job because i always believe in hardwork, it doesn't matter the job is easy or difficult.overall it is good.

Good working environment provided by the company for people to work. There is a good opportunity for a fast paced worker to grow his skills and get permanent employment based on requirement

not helpful cancles employees all the time only hires for one place and if its slow they dont put you in another placement not helpful not a happy place to work

Enjoyed the people there and was a good job. Management was understanding and the job was easy and quick money. I enjoyed being there. Learned a lot and gained experience
