What is the best part of working at the company?
I was able to step outside of my comfort zone, and take on new and exciting tasks. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes the hours. Not knowing when you'll have a day off.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good. The crew is worked with we're knowledgeable, and friendly. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
10 hours a day, sometimes more.. sgsrt out with safety meetings, FLHa, multiple tasks..

Gained a ton of experience at Prolium, they're the real deal when it comes to safety and precautions, working on Imperial Oil & Irving sites all over eastern Canada, good money, long bouts away from home, always had grub on the table though.

Project run by one of the owners. Great person, poor management skills. Very cowboy operation, not safety oriented unless the big wigs were watching. Dangerous at times.

No regular schedule of work, you never knew when you'd be home again.

good company  to work for. good management. will go the extra mile to get you the tool to make the job go easier. very safe to work with. always made sure the risks were mitigated before the task was carried  out.

Is a great work environment, not all days are physically demanding as mobility aids are there for you to use. Great bosses and would recommend you to apply if wanting to.

Company is cheap and does not care about employees or their person lives. Often missing hours and living allowance on cheque. And do not like to pay expenses even tho they agreed to 

Good core management, built by people that know their trades, they look out for their workers and actively progress on procurement opportunities. They have an open door policy where it actually means open door.

Upper management was there for a wage. They did not support their field workers at all. The wage was less that the industry standard. Project management were incompetent.

A great company to work with.   They like to keep their good guys. It can sometimes feel cliquish, but it is good work all the same.  Very much a team driven company.
