Been working at Prologix for about 2 and a half months now. I signed a 3 month contract and my contract is almost up. I have noticed alot of people who were at the company before me have recently gone MIA and more new employees have arrived concerning me on if I am going to get an extension when my 3 months comes up . Personally I believe they lure you in at the interview by saying, after your 3 month is up, you will get renewed and get a 1.50$ raise. I have yet to talk to anyone who has gotten past that 3 month stint and recieved the raise, I am starting to believe the high turnover rate is due to the company being too cheap to uphold the good workers and give them the raise they promised.

Worked under contract that was advertised as 3 months and after they told me it was for 2 months. Training was poor and the 2 bosses didn't know what the other was doing. They expect you to use your own phone for calling customers and using the GPS to find your way to the customers location. The vehicles you drive are horrible..no ac not even a radio..old and break down. Would not recommend working here at all..only bonus was 4 day work week and the other drivers are great...bosses are idiits and wilm tell you themselves they are.

As an AZ driver at Prologix I think it's a good place to work , overtime after 40hrs and a good wage and benefits , I usually work 50-60hrs a week so my take home salary is good , and the trailers and trucks are new 2019+ and the trailers are new aswell , there are extra perks of free beer and magazines! management is good and are down to earth people , if you show up with a good additude , and physically able to do the job keep your "head down" and do the work that is assigned you will do great !

Out on the road by yourself for most of the day.Good pay and benefits.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you have truck breakdowns and you still have to make your deliveries.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
My boss was great got along well with him.Easygoing atmosphere.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get product ready to deliver break down beer.Load truck.Head out to deliver and unload at the end of the day.

They do not care about your life, get a job somewhere else and save yourself. Even through covid they kept working, they never even think about danger pay for their workers. People have caught the virus at both warehouses and they’ve never stopped working. Workers are also underpaid and overworked. They have an imaginary union that doesn’t exist. They lie about giving benefits, you may have to work two years to get benefits and they’re not even full benefits you still have to pay a portion.

usually busy workday except in the winter months. Management is professional and friendly. Workplace culture is productive. Hardest part of the job is the hours can get long in the busy season that you are expected to work. The most enjoyable part of the job is the friendly coworkers and managers aswell as environment, being able to play music on the speaker etc.

High turn over rate, poor management that offer you the world, but never deliver. COVID-19 protocols are rarely followed by staff and management, it gets in the way of profits.

You pay dues to an imaginary union that provides you with no support or protection. When you are offered the job start of shift is one time, but as you work a bit you find out start time fluctuates up to fours hours.

Not told first 2 hours is picking/sorting in filthy warehouse. Soot on everything caused by propane fork lifts. Who STILL uses propane?
Tired, dirty trucks that stink of tobaco. Some drivers have company phones but they will use yours if they can.  DONT give them your number!! Imaginary union than demands dues! Incompetent supervisors. Not pkeasant place to work. All promis no deliver.

some of the people working there are good.

everything else is very stressfull, would not recommend working there.

horrible enviornment. Would not recommend working there at all

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
constantly busy and no help when falling behind.

Lots of lifting, and constant moving.
I learning how to work as a team player, and how to work well with others.
Management was great overall.
Co-workers were great people to be around, always having a good time.
Hardest part was the quick pace at first.
The most enjoyable part of the job was working amoung friends.
