Salary is average with near minimum benefits. You will need to negotiate below average vacation time. No RRSP matching.

Outdated work from home policy paired with unacceptable office workspaces. You will be expected to go in-person 5 days per week. 

Some offfice staff are given tables in a warehouse/production setting. Incredible amount of distractions. Temperatures reach 26+ degrees. Management will not do anything meaningful to improve these workspaces. Given a chance to improve conditions with their new facility, they choose to reserve an entire secluded quiet office space for parties. Massive lack of respect.

The other office staff are crammed into a low-walled cubicle bullpen circa 1990.

Management calls their outdated workspaces in borderline unworkable conditions "cutting edge". They call themselves a "tech" company, which is completely out of touch.

The employees are fantastic, hard-working and keep the job from being completely miserable.

This is a job to get your career started with no growth outside of management or sales roles. Get your experience and move on to a company that will respect you.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Some good coworkers, free coffee for office.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Complete lack of transparency by the ownership and management team.  Decisions made for personal reasons instead of business reasons.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Works in silos, sorely lacking in communication, or information required to do your job.  No interest in personal or professional development. Ownership has their favorites and they can do no wrong.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
much of the time was spent trying to figure out if another department screwed up before you were able to take any action.

I would not recommend anyone to work at promark electronics.
1) The salary which they pay for a technician who are all graduated with master in concordia around 15$/hr.
2)The management doesn’t appreciate the work if you are doing your best.
3) Team leads sometimes they are stressed for no reason and constantly nag behind you and Make you feel more stressed.
4)The worst part is they use the international students just because they need to get a experience of Noc b which needs to apply for Permanent residence or else no one will work in such a low paying company with toxic Management.
 Pros:-
1) The infrastructure is good and organized especially the canteen area is hygiene.
2) You can listen to music while working and also sit while you are working.

I got this job when I needed it most so grateful for that. But company's policies are very bad and they don't treat thier employees right. No benefits,  no great pay and no grwoth opportunities. I literally met people who was working for years and still at same position.I felt humiliated there. I already was having a tough phase at that time and they made it tougher. Traumatizing experience, wish no one has to go through that.

Although there were a number of perks (monthly theme days in the summer, summer hours and great co-workers), the pay was at the lowest end of the pay scale.  Health care benefits were expensive and didn't offer much.  Reviews were several months late.

They pay you minimum wage and always keep on increasing the targets. They disrespect you and treat you like garbage. The fact that most of the employees here are immigrants tells you a lot about the work environment. Nobody else will work here.

not organized, no possibility of advancement, no clear mission or vision, no leadership.
I would not suggest this company for senior and executive level.

Working in Promark help me to improve my technical skills,  The workers are friendly, and sharing of ideas is a common feature, its nice place to work

most enjoyable work with people.i learned lots of things for shipper receiver.we have some fun in summer time.management is great.every day we learn some thing new

quiet and good workplace
30 min lunch time
there is no night shifts
there is a park to relax next to work 
easy access by car, not much traffic
there are over-time shifts in high season demands
