The process from start to finish was exceptionally unprofessional. While one individual posed as a hiring manager and gave me a false impression of being given the position, a second person would call to make it clear that I was still being considered. All the while boasting a “click-bait” strategy to attracting potential customers. 

Click -bait isn’t a proper business model and both individuals could greatly benefit from a few businesses courses. 

The two individuals responsible for hiring gave a very clear indication of their inadequate management skills and made it a  very unappealing place to work. 

In addition, they demanded a minimum of 7 day work week, despite vocalizing my religious limitations. It became very clear that they wanted nothing more than a mule to be over worked in the hopes you’ll make some commission.  Sketchy and un

They will hire you when their staff is on vacation. The pay is great. Work Culture is the worst. Their service dept is run by seasoned aunties with zero communication skills and they are gonna spend most time in gossiping and eating and drinking tim hortons and then leave for home. Once their seasoned aunties are back from vacations they will fire you without any reason.

I advice you to take the csr job with this company if you are selected but continue your job search as they are gonna fire u sooner than u think

If I had a choice of dancing in the strip club or working here...I would pick the club. The job was so bad that when I left I went straight to the church to cleanse myself of the nonsense I have seen and experienced .  They blame you when clients don't pick up the phone. At first I thought it was a joke but it was not.  Apply at your own risk & may God have mercy on your soul. 

A lot of driving from appointment to appointment, draining but the work is rewarding! Workplace culture is fun and driven, work hard play hard mentality! Best part of the day is helping customers achieve what they have set out for! 

Taking advantage of people, selling a program that is extremely overpriced, giving ppl ludicrous interests rates. And literally being told to lie on group huddles. 10+ hours a day 7 days a week, to make 3-4K a week isn’t great money, and it’s surprising that even people with a Harvard degree don’t realize that. Made good money and quit after I paid off my car. My advice go pay $1000 get your RIBO License, I make way more in way less time seeking insurance.

This has got to be the WORST job on planet earth. They don’t train you properly then blame you when you are not successful. Management is useless they just want you to be a robot and “read the script” as tho that’s all sales is. The workers there are prominently brown newcomer students (where English is not their first language) who they can easily manipulate to work the longest hours and sacrifice their lives to the job. 0/10 job DO NOT recommend. 

The company has experienced substantial growth within a brief span, and being involved in this expansion is truly exciting. I feel fully supported in my role, and each day presents new challenges. There's ample opportunity for learning, and I appreciate the ability to offer feedback to enhance our processes

5-10 warm leads a day that are interested in our program. I provide detailed explanation as to how the homeowner can qualify for federal rebates and carbon credit! My lead while training taught me everything I need to know, gave me confidence to be able to fully educate the clients when doing their assessments.

Being a part of Provincial Smart Home Services has truly been a rewarding journey. Every day brings forth fresh challenges, keeping me engaged and motivated. it's an opportunity for growth, learning, and making a meaningful impact in the rapidly evolving smart home industry.

All team and management are really helpful and worth to work in this company from last one year it helped me to grow personally and professionally both.Very peaceful and professional place to work.
