What is the best part of working at the company?
Not.much sorry to say. I enjoy the people I interact with while completing our daily tasks. Management team of 12, one 2 are manager and even working managers when needed. Has a very toxic enviroment, needs alot of work. Maybe time for fresh faces in the management team,  to get a better work enviroment as the management team seperates themselves from the workers. They need to work together.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management team. They dont know which way is up amd which is down.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic, arguments left and right management staff yelling at workers when the disagree when they need to defuse the situation to bring it back to a safe work enviroment. The blue collars are good people.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Mentally challenging every day

What I like most about working here is the opportunity to learn and take on new challenges. The company encourages professional development and values new ideas, which keeps the work exciting and rewarding.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part is managing tight deadlines during busy periods. However, it’s manageable with good communication and teamwork.

This place will Suck the life out of you break you and take any type of advantage of you 
The people are treated like garbage and they always just give false promises they lie and lie and don’t care just tell you they will look into it or they will get back to you and never do I feel bad to the people who are stuck there this place has potential but management for sure needs a clean up

The pay,,,  Still not worth it.

Some Peers have very negative attitudes, and will set you up for failure.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Management has good intentions, but employees don't like any of the changes.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unfulfilling, toxic environment in some spots.

Good employees. Lead hand is fun sometimes, other days it's just a job. Supervisor is very interesting. Leaves you alone while you do your job. Amazing starting wage, full wage after probation and a raisenwithin your full year after probation. Yearly raises. Good benefits. 

dirty job but you can expect that considering type of work you do. co workers were good to work with and helpful if asked. management changes often and are not helpful and treat employees badly. vacation does not exist unless you get someone to cover should be the company problems and not the employees to cover vacation.

understaffed and cheap with resources. Expect every shift to be a nightmare.  If your not an immagrant with a sponsorship agreement then expect to be fired forced to quit or layed off so the plant can replace all current staff with sponsored immagrants. Avoid this company at all costs.

Get ready to dodge personal and political bullets while trying to perform  at top notch expectations regardless of the margins affected by economical collapse. 

has great potential to be an amazing workplace, still requires to go through some changes and further development of policies and culture.
Work load is reasonable, training could be more and co workers are great
