Working at PSP was a fun experience. From the owner, to the receptionist, to the accountant, and every other general labour at PSP are all fun and hardworking! The boss there is understanding, serious about the production that goes on so you know your working hard each day. It's productive because your never standing still, there is always something to do. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I started there a month and a half ago and it took me a couple of weeks to feel a part of the PSP work family ! Great place to work

Great to work for such an owner. The owner is always nice and never losses his cool.
The work might get severe at peak seasons which can be handled with a bit of adjustments and help form other employees. The pay is alright but can be better especially in peak seasons.

Most work is around operating sewing machines, cutting machines, grinding, packing of pool safety covers or spa covers into cartons.

Requires lifting of weights up to 10 kilos and repetitive hand movements with the machines.

A typical workday was productive, with great teamwork and a positive atmosphere. I learned valuable time management and problem-solving skills. The boss is incredibly humble, calm, and always approachable, creating a stress-free work environment. Their supportive leadership made work enjoyable. The friendly workplace culture and teamwork made challenges rewarding.

A Typical day at work will be answering phone both from customers and employees, taking orders, designing orders and making it to the production. My duties also include support to the IT like password resets, troubleshooting printers Pcs, upgrading users at different stations. I also have ongoing projects like upgrading the product tracking system and also help my management with IT related questions and suggestions for improvement.
