For a company that prides itself on its humanitarianism and care for employees, they constantly remind you how replaceable and insignificant you are. The power trip displayed by upper management is truly abhorrent, they make sure you know who’s “in charge” and will not hesitate to threaten legal action over the most honest of mistakes. Nothing is worth the mental and emotional torment you will experience at this company. There is no structure or communication with the management team, no one is on the same page about anything and, instead of choosing to be upfront when they don’t know what’s going on in certain situations, they decide to create a lie that best fits their version of the narrative. I had high hopes when first entering the company but can now see it’s destined to self destruct in the near future. Save your time, energy, and mental wellbeing, and find a different company to work for and support. 

Working at this men's clothing store has been an incredible experience. The management team is genuinely supportive and always open to feedback, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. The training provided is thorough, ensuring that every team member feels confident and knowledgeable about the products. The store itself is stylish and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards we uphold. 

Customer interactions are a highlight, as we offer high-quality, fashionable clothing that our customers love. There’s a real sense of pride in helping clients find the perfect outfit. Additionally, the staff discounts are generous, allowing employees to enjoy the products we sell. Overall, the store values its employees, fostering growth and development. It’s a fantastic place to work for anyone passionate about fashion and customer service.

Has, or had, potential, but management is out of touch and lack the necessary skills to grow the company.

Senior leadership is a boys club who will protect one another at all costs. They will lie and say whatever to hire and keep you but blame you when you burn out or call out their incompetence. Many talented people have quit because leadership keeps them down, probably because they’re threatened cause they have actual skills that senior leadership lack. 

HR leadership ignore real issues to protect their position as well.

Overall a toxic place to work. Not worth it.


It was a great experience working for Psycho Bunny. The company is growing really fast, and that can be challenging at times but the PB team is incredibly friendly and collaborative. The management team is doing a great job with a very challenging owner. The culture is progressive and positive and the brand is really cool. They just need more people to continue growing at the pace that they aspire. I left because I wanted to experience a bigger brand, but if you are ready for the startup experience you will enjoy the ride.

Extremely high turnover rate management is cool if you stay pretty surface level with them a lot of internal politics but if you just shut up and do your job, you won’t experience as much her in pain as others do. When it comes to growing internally, they pick and choose you could show up and do your job. Amazing every day, but if one person doesn’t think that you could take on more responsibility then it’s pretty dead in the water in my circumstance there’s no room to grow there at all. 

No training, no standard operating procedures, and no guiding processes across the board.

Everyday is complete chaos and everyone is responsible for putting out fires caused by the toxic leadership team.

Yelling can be heard throughout the office on a regular basis, bring headphones.

The company has called everyone into office 5 days a week, no hybrid flexibility other than 2 days a month. The office and parking lot doesn't have enough space for all employees comfortably and only two meeting rooms for everyone in the company.

Psycho Bunny is still a fairly young company but it's growing at a tremendous rate which makes for interesting growth and compensation opportunities compared with other retail companies out there. In building up its ranks, it has the right mentality of hiring extremely strong people in the right roles at the right price. Management has a no BS policy which I thoroughly enjoy. I hope the company can keep its start-up like culture as it continues its meteoric ascension. 

There’s a reason why they pay so much and it’s definitely not worth it. 

Never seen a company with such high turnover at all levels and there’s a reason for it. They talk about having great values and standing for character but it’s just talk to get you to work for them. 

You quickly see that it’s a lie and you will regret ever working for them. Definitely a toxic work environment and people with common sense quickly quit.

Cramped offices.
The individual work places are too small, too many people in the same room so it gets very loud
The remote or hybrid work is at the manager discretion so you have some employees who work from home and some who are required to be on site for similar jobs
                                                                                  
                                                                        

Unfortunately it is a boy's club where people who are often hired and brought in are contact from people already inside. Like we say in Quebec "un chum s'tun chum!" Management are afraid of bringing real competent people because they are afraid of losing their own position. 

Nothing serious there and I finally understand the jokes in the industry.
