I am currently working on 3 projects as technical architect, the most challenging part if, all 3 project are of different technologies, team is different.

So my day seems very shorter to me everyday, as i have to be participating in all technical meetings at onshore and with my offshore team also.

My mornings and evening are heavily packed with meetings, mornings because of scrum practices i need to be there in daily stands ups, evening to give download of the work done at onshore to offshore team so that they can contribute to projects.

My job is really challenging as i am the technical in charge of these projects and hence i need to be in weeds of all technical details plus communication with client and my teams becomes really important.

Great place to gain exposure to the field of product management in tech, learn about the process, get certified, and build relationships.

You get to hone of several aspects of the field as a PM, including decision making, how to say No, prioritization, and most importantly get hands on experience shipping working software (instead of only doing BRDs, experiments, pitches).

You get to lead a product from 0-1.

Only downside is that as a consultant, you're truly a PM. You more like belong to the client PM group and enable decision making/shipping an application/features.

-Projects are over pitched and oversold and burn has to be taken by the teams. 
-Worst work life balance for most of the projects especially at Track Lead and middle management level.
-Mostly Management sucks.

Sapient is a great company to work with in terms of work culture and pay scale. There is a fun team in office who organize the events for us and it's worth to attend these events. Office location is very good and convenient. I have spent more than 5 years in Sapient as my first employer and I have learned so many technologies. Working on client site gave me very good exposure and learning.

Very diverse and friendly peer helping not only grow you as a professional but all shaped my career path. I have had the pleasure to work for Fortune 500 clients across the globe and see the world.

SapientRazorfish provides a strong professional environment for a person of any domain and vertical to exercise his \ her ability at fullest. 

Sometime work gets demanding like long working hrs, overlapping with offshore team in late night calls - this is true only in some phase of project and not always. 

Leadership and SapientR. is approachable and responsive.

One of my favorite things about SR was, that, as long as you're delivering everything on time, and you are accessible through phone, chat, email, etc,  and don't miss any of the scrum meetings, they didn't care at all if you were at the office or at home, or in another province. They care about results. At least in my team/project was like that. Good times!

I joined Sapient 1.5 years back and since then I have found it to be one of the best IT companies. There is flexibility, ownership is duly given to you, good pay master, abundant opportunities to grow and excel.

Great place for a junior or anyone in their career to work if you like agencies. Beer and cold brew on tap, ping pong tables, video games, relaxed work environment however it can get hectic at times. They hire a lot of juniors so teams may not operate with the experience and efficiency needed.
