I have been working with Pulse Air for almost 2 years and I can honestly say I have never been happier at a workplace. Management is flexible when you need time off for appointments and very understanding also. They do have mental health days and sick days (after a certain time of employment) but you also accumulate vacation time as you go about your work days. The team of cardiologists are fantastic and super knowledgeable and friendly with staff. I would recommend pulse air as a workplace for anyone who wants to join our team! 

You don't get paid a-lot for what the job entitles you too do.. The owner likes when other ethnicity's talk in there own language and make fun of other employees in the office. They even love when the specialist come in Drunk when there is a full list of patients to see in the day. They are not a kind working environment and I recommend unless u live in a million dollar home have a nice car look good don't even bother applying because they will run u down to the ground and talk a lot  about you.

Other coworkers, respect from the physicians

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Inconsiderate, unprofessional management. Non-compliant work environment. Work/Salary balance.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Unprofessional, demeaning environment. Lacks patient safety more focussed on revenue.
