The benefits are great, and the salary is good for the work location, however there was a lot of bullying and passive aggressive behavior. The environment was silently toxic, If you made a complaint to Hr in confidence, it would go back to the person you discussed depending on their friendship and this would be used to prevent career growth.

Job location is perfect for me.  Working in this company is fun but constant change of management is not good for employee morale.  Clinical projects are not enough to maintain the entire team of clinical operations. I will still consider working at Purdue Pharma should a suitable position is available.

Great mangement team. Provided all tools and information to complete work assignments. Onsite food that was great tasting and reasonably priced. Good group of co workers. All knowledgeable in there assignments.

To be quite honest, I'm glad to be out of there. The well documented legal problems the company has had to deal with over the last number of years has taken its toll on a once great employer. Very poor management in manufacturing created a toxic work environment.

Keep up with changes in the industry and address challenges and issues quickly. Always someone to answer any questions one may have. Great people to work for and with.

High turn over rate during my tenure.  Each year 25 to 30 % left the sales force.  This is a case of voting with your feet.  Push push push was a dangerous philosophy when dealing with analgesic s.

Purdue Pharma was a great job opportunity. I had the experience to learn many new things. This job helped further my knowledge in computer programs like excel, word and powerpoint. Sad it was only a summer job!

Wonderful workplace with equally wonderful workforce, good hours great pay, no pressure or stress allowed to complete tasks without close supervision, very rewarding and lots of perks.
