I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts on my current role as a door-to-door sales representative. A typical day involves informative meetings followed by engaging with customers on turves. Through this experience, I’ve honed communication skills and gained knowledge in tech equipment. The management is outstanding—flexible, respectful, and punctual. The challenging aspect is working in cold weather, but the joy lies in forming connections during warm interactions inside customers’ homes. Overall, a fulfilling experience.

I'm in sales for the last 20 years and also am aware of the potential challenges and demands of the industry.  But Puulse Marketing is something very different from what I have experienced before . To be precise the challenges in the job remain the same but the approach of the managers towards the employees to attain the targets is very polite, helpful and encouraging. This in turn reduces the pressure on the agent who in turn feels at ease and more confident resulting in producing better results. 
After all as it is sales there is always the onus on you to be efficient and productive to the company but doing that in a friendly environment with supportive management makes things easier. 


The job consists of selling Bell products and services door to door. The commission pay outs are very generous on top of the guaranteed hourly rate. The  CEO is very involved and wants to see everyone succeed. If you show up and do your job well - advancement and bonus opportunities are very much on the table. 
This job helps you develop emotional intelligence and stay calm in high pressure situations. It requires you to be at your best at every door, no matter the experience you had at the previous door. Day start with regular meetings, checking last week performance, plan for this week, Discussions on problems faced by sales agent,  management analyses  the problems and come up with the solutions. After all the office stuff, team goes to their respective areas of work. Puulse is a  Productive and fun loving working place, a place where you can make uncapped commission. Your earnings are in your hands. Supportive team, no pressure, and regular trainings make the work environment enjoyable 

Standard D2D job however the managers can be partial sometimes. Sr. manager has 5-6 of his friends working as sales agent and you can observe a lot of favourism. Too much conflict of interest as Sr. manager stays with sales agent. No professionalism. You need to keep a track of your commissions else they might skip some. 
They send you to trips outside GTA for weeks and don't pay for your food or travel time. In short there are no SOP for anything and its on full auto mode. Old agents work the way they want and manager keep supporting them as they are friends. 


Very friendly and approachable management. Everyday helping you with your weakness and praising your strengths to bring the best out of you.  
Twice in a week, training about products and sales boosting agents confidence and enhancing skill level which they would implement on field and in return get compensated for hard work in commissions.
