I can't say many positive things about this copy after it was sold. Present owner changed the company.

The forced sales and inappropriate management

Long hours no overtime. No understanding for personal or family

I usually do mails and promote our core product among agents in uttarakhand region during this journey i have learned many things like Communication skills, social interaction, friendly work culture and supportive superior , if you enjoy your work then nothing is hard , interacting with everyone.

I had a fantastic virtual interview experience with this organization. The interviewer's approach made me feel comfortable throughout, fostering open communication. It was a well-conducted process that left me with a positive impression of the organization's professionalism.

Working with MSM has been a wonderful experience. The work culture is very good. The management is very supportive. A supportive and enthusiastic team, Safe space to work, you feel free to present your opinion, Comfortable travel and Continuous learning opportunities.

The work-life balance here at MSM is quite fine which helps employees to manage their corporate life with their personal life together.

Other than this the higher management also helps you in completing your tasks on time that is a big step towards motivating an employee.

The management was very generous as they allowed to get work experience. I was working with Sales support team and they were very helpful. The challenges I face that I was completely new to this field  and took me a while to get use to it.
