While the job can be unpredictable, include long hours of work and commute, it definitely provides you with an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. It is not your typical 9-5 job where you do repetitive tasks every day, it is always something new which can be a con for some people. 

During my employment the company evolved and improved, introduced values and vision; roles became more clear. I can feel that my feedback matters and I can communicate with anyone in the company, not only my direct management; great to be involved in the changes. I could see that this job actually helped me grow, become more independent and able to make impactful decisions. During slow period I was able to assist other departments which is definitely something I truly enjoyed: learning how other departments operate helped me understand the amount of work done behind the scenes, it is not always visible and may remain underappreciated.

The cons are that some projects are more difficult than others and keeping workers motivated while fulfilling customers expectations can be challenging. Due to nature of the business, the company can be over or under staffed at times which leads to drops in satisfaction of employees. You never know what your day will look like, when(or where) your team will need you so it may be hard to have a good life/work balance every day but it is achievable in long term.
Nevertheless, it is great to be able to assist your team to achieve results and grow and test yourself with new tasks/duties.

The best part of working at Q2 Management is the supportive team culture and leadership. I truly value the opportunities for growth, ownership of projects, and continuous professional development. The collaboration, accountability, and commitment to improvement make it a positive and motivating workplace.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part can be working under high-pressure situations, but it also helps develop strong problem-solving and leadership skills.


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment at Q2 Management is collaborative, professional, and supportive. Team members work closely together, maintain strong accountability, and focus on continuous improvement. Leadership encourages open communication and growth, creating a positive and motivating culture.


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day involves overseeing operations at the customer facility, coordinating with inspectors, monitoring quality performance, and addressing any issues that arise. I review reports, communicate with the customer, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met while supporting the team throughout the shift.

You will work at the client sites of q2. Most host sites are friendly and often if you encounter problems there it's because of other issues behind the scenes between clients office and Q2 office. 

Some locations have downtime which means you get paid for not working. However, other locations like Newmarket often have loads of 'field supervisors' and 'regional supervisors' that should be shouldering work but don't so you'll be sweating both your expected productivity and making up for their slouching and numerous cigarette breaks. 

Office politics makes for huge serious revolving door environment at Q2. 

Brown Nosers are highly reward and kept on the leash perpetually right up to 'director' level. Keep looking for work and do not give termination notice when working here. Watch your paycheque for cuts.

Wrong situation when I hire at this place , Policy and politics are mane here. If you do not found any job then also you do not join this company.Are you one of that doing job politics in work then this right place for you . Management and project leader are playing game with staff all time. Some off staff have more excess then anyone. If you want just killed your time then this is best place for work because project leader is not Come on side.if you do any complaints then you come in eye of management. There are no safety ,  growth and motivation. If you want all this become player for boss . All project leader get free salary because they are not come on job they doing work from home .

I have found Q2 Management to be fair when it comes to wage and raises (everyone wishes they made a little more no matter where they work) but more than the pay and benefits the people who I have had the pleasure of working with, and under, have been exceptional. The management actually care how you are and what your needs are. Doing what is possible to assist when it is needed and letting you thrive on your own when it isn't. There is no micromanagement. I couldn't ask for a better more diverse work experience. 

Everything is perfect and a lots of fun to work with amazing team. Its really a great experience to lead a big team of inspectors. That motivates me and challenges me everyday with more and more responsibilities. However,  pay slightly lesser but you get flexibility with schedule thats plus point and also giving all employees benefits. Work environment is too good. Every work involves different level of stress and we can learn and overcome if we deal with calmness and politness. Thank you for giving me opportunity working with yku.

My time with Q2 Management was a great experience. I learned so much and got the chance to grow my IT skills. The job was very hands-on and you are given your daily task and projects to complete which is great for learning new skills and techniques. Everyone is very friendly and never had a bad experience with anyone. The company has done a great job with working from home and was a big plus. They also offer a great work-life balance and through my health issue, they were always there to support me and put my health first which is great to see from an employer. 

The minimum payment , very poor management,  very classic and third world culture.

Q2  approaching is very behind to a basic level of managing. No root causing , no reasonable relation, not even one time contact with the quality inspector to ask them the real atmosphere , understand the real problems. I am wondering how the companies can rely on this non reliable quality inspector provider. I see many mistakes and errors that they try to hide and ignore it. The payment is minimum and the job is not secure, no benefits.

Other than learning about the differences in car components and parts, you meet new people and learn the importance of teamwork with direct staff and customers. Q2 invest in the growth of it's employees and shows the importance of success by maintaining the stature of honesty and overall great customer service to the customers. I have been with the company for going on three years starting as a shift leader and now a Regional Manager. The time was taken and invested in my growth here at Q2.

This job teaches a lot of stuff such as decision making abilities, multitasking , management skills , handling pressure situations, anticipating the problems and always keeping plan B ready for any emergencies. This again depends on which site you are posted on. Lastly management is good there are certain people who will be always there for your help if you need them in higher management
